𝑩𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑲𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑵𝑬𝑾𝑺🚨📰

Samuel Ahmadu voted 🗳️ Esther Okoronkwo and Rasheedat Ajibade as 3rd and 5th respectively. That’s alright too considering Barbra Banda 🇿🇲, Temwa Chawinga 🇲🇼 and Ghizlane Chebbak 🇲🇦 are solid too.

Samuel Ahmadu voted Chiamaka Nnadozie as the 5th best goalkeeper in Africa for the CAF Awards. Bros, your vote is a blatant lie and I’m forced to believe you have your grouses which is beyond football. Nnadozie is not even the second best goalkeeper in Africa. Your choice is suspicious, wetin she do youhuh

Mr. Ahmadu also voted the Super Falcons 5th in the National Team of the Year awards.

Of course, Nnadozie and the Super Falcons 🇳🇬 won the awards in their categories.

@CAF_Online supposedly selects journalists for voting based on their expertise but even CAF must be shocked that some journalists believe Nnadozie who’s by far the best in Africa is voted fifth by some people including those who are close to the team and sees players’ exploits first hand.

He voted every Nigerian candidate 5th in all three categories they were nominated for in women’s football.

There’s no prestige in contrarianism when it’s done at the expense of what’s right and obvious. It’s your choices but…

Tueh!

The Ghanaians are a team for the future
We better be careful
No friendlies for us
Their Coach is doing well, he literally continued with same set up Madam Norah was working with…

Anyways let’s see how it goes.

Imagine the Coaching crew bringing back Tochi for the 2026 WAFCON just because they can’t get a Capable back up for Nnadozie. If the ones they have been parading up and down are good enough they won’t go back to Mama Tochi.

I just want that Assurance of if Chiamaka Nnadozie isn’t available at least any of the other two are Capable of doing the job.

This Mojisola AYODELE 🇺🇸 and Comfort Erhabor 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 should be looked out for with all seriousness.

Getting 3 goalkeepers at go is being greedy , 2 is enough
lol 😂
Greedy ke

USA, Germany, Spain, England, Canada, Sweden all have at least 3 top goalkeepers in the team what’s wrong with Nigeria doing same..

We used to have
Precious Dede, Rachael Ayegba and Tochukwu Oluehi in a go..

Then Dede, Oluehi and Alaba..

I just want to say here that Precious Dede was the best SuperFalcons goalkeeper until Chiamaka Nnadozie arrived…

Ann name was typically sounding more because she was the first falcons goalkeeper and also her story of playing with a 3 months pregnancy if not she was nowhere close to Precious Dede…

Dede also lasted long in the team with 99caps because there was some difficulty in replacing her as she was to retire after the 2014 WAFCON as Ibubeleye Whyte was tagged her replacement but didn’t live up to the billing as she was shaky btw the sticks so Dede had to play the 2015 World Cup before retiring..
I would have even picked Tochi as well if she was consistent in terms of getting call up as she was Dede no.2 then and also pushed Dede a lot for a starting spot and sometimes didn’t get call up because of her proactiveness..!!
I think she’s one player that always speak up when it matters…

Alaba Jonathan would have been that very good short goalkeeper if she had stayed in the game for long.. Was 3rd choice behind Dede and Tochi from 2011 then in 2016 became 1st choice then fell down to 3rd again in 2019 which was the rise of the Almighty Chiamaka Nnadozie..

Are we going to ever get 3 top goalkeepers in the SuperFalcons squad at a go??

🚨 Remember that legendary Super Falcons goalkeeper Precious Dede

💼 She has now been appointed the Women’s Football Development Manager for the West Africa Football Union Zone B (WAFU-B).

🎉 Congratulations to an icon of Nigerian football and the greatest Super Falcons goalkeeper until the arrival of Chiamaka Nnadozie..

There’s no way this girl can’t be among the Back ups for Chiamaka Nnadozie.

Good height, commanding presence in the Box, excellent reflexes and very good in the Air.

I will replace Cynthia Akwasi on the list with the NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology) keeper, Mojisola AYODELE
She is a senior and currently playing NCAA D1.
5’9” and quite solid.

Will actually pick her over Medinat and rank her as #3, with Comfort Erhabor as #2 behind Nnadozie.
Sorry I missed Ayodele name and there are about 3 more young goalies in the NCAA D1 of Nigeria Decent which I can’t remember their name now..

She graduated already and set for pro!

Those were the ones I could mention and I didn’t arrange them in any order.. I’m a big fan of tall goalkeepers and with the little have seen her do bye the stick she should be given a chance to showcase what she can offer.. I remember Ayodele also played in the USL league in the US a bridge between College and Professional Soccer..

But she’s not of Nigerian heritage only as we also have to take note that She’s Capable of playing for 3 different Countries, Nigeria 🇳🇬, Cape Verde 🇨🇻 and Portugal 🇵🇹

Anyways i like what Sweden 🇸🇪 did with Evelyn Ijeh, they just capped her down for the future, even if she doesn’t get the chance with the main team for now but they already know she belongs to them for the future sake..

I know all of you here ain’t aware that the highly rated Attacking Midfielder Celine Ottah was out with ACL injury since 2024… she recently returned to play August this year and her minutes are still limited as she’s still recovering…

At least Randy Waldrum will definitely take good care of her at Pittsburgh. She’s one talent I’m hoping on to hit high level..

The future is here already! Thanks to her going pro by January…

Same thing was said about Esther Okoronkwo sometime ago and was even compared with Moroccan 🇲🇦 Tigernut girl😂😂

Edna Imade Commits International Future To Spain, Ends Nigeria’s Pursuit.

Spain 🇪🇸 has secured Edna Imade's international future after naming her in their UEFA Women’s Nations League Final squad. The 25-year-old was also eligible to play for Nigeria 🇳🇬 and Morocco 🇲🇦, but will now be permanently tied to Spain under FIFA eligibility rules.

For Nigeria and Morocco, her selection marks the loss of a highly regarded prospect who had been seen as a long-term attacking asset.
It’s surprising that no one(Technical Team) saw the potential or took the initiative to follow up.

Don't we have a good scout or something?

In fairness to the NFF, Edna had not broken into the Spotlight until she joined Granada, But again if she had been capped at the time she came out wanting to play for Nigeria. Most fans would have had an uproar but again it would have been the best way to get the players…

Once they spot the talent, cap them down as early as possible, if they hit the gear fine for us, if they don’t it’s the players own loss…

Some goalkeepers that need to be looked out for, and they’re all 26yrs and below
1• Rita Akarekor 🇹🇿
2• Comfort Erhabor 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
3• Medinat Lawal 🇺🇸
4• Cynthia Akwasi 🇰🇿
5• Onyinyechi Okeke 🇮🇱
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 2:44pm On Nov 24, 2025
This is Cynthia Akwasi (23yrs) former Ibon Angels and Confluence Queens goalkeeper who plays for Tomiris-Turan Turkistan in Kazakhstan 🇰🇿

Once once these ones can be given a call up to see if they’re capable back up to Chiamaka Nnadozie. Not when a major tournament comes up they will go and bring back Tochukwu OLUEHI just because they don’t trust the Homebased goalies, but why keep them around the team in the first place instead of getting a proper backup goalie..

I'm not saying she's better than our home based goalkeepers fighting to be chiamaka deputy but give her a chance in a friendly
For now i must say this girl deserves to be at least the 3rd Choice goalkeeper of the SuperFalcons..

She’s just 20yrs and there’s a lot of room for improvement. I must say she’s very good in 1-V-1

Was there any need for her signing?? I thought Edo Queens already have Nigeria 🇳🇬 U20 goalkeeper Uzoma Christiana Ijeoma who I think deserves quality playing time going forward so as to get better with her development as eyes are on her as one of the future Super Falcons goalkeeper...

PSG weren't that bad.

Assuming the coach took out Echegini earlier because the middle was leaking seriously, he might have gotten a draw.

If den score you first and you later equalize, in away game, with opponent pressing relentlessly through the middle, you will need 2 DMs to hold the game, though it'll be harder to score

He later corrected the error but by then it's too late
Even in their league they’re still struggling to beat the average teams.

The Coach isn’t good enough, they still have a few top and experience name in the team, the Coach just need to find a way to get the team going…

First he was playing 3-5-2 with Ajibade as ring wing back.. one of his mistake from onset.
