Rental car companies seem to be selling off most of their stock too, so this should get used car prices down hopefully!

Certainly as economic activities pick up over there.

Unfortunately, we can't say with certainty for oil price which is affecting our FX rate. Hopefully, the financial analysts/economists will be wrong for our own sake (though reality shows otherwise).

Try auctionexport.com. The S8 is rare so you might not get exactly what you want. Why not go for the A8, its adequately powerful.

The firm doesn't have their own auction or vehicles; it is a licensed buyer from copart just like I am and anyone can be, including you.

Bros, those vehicles are not here o, around #5m to buy alone (trucking, freight not inclusive) when we can get for less than #2m at both known auctions. Carsforsale is mostly for US citizens/residents, reason the options of monthly payments and financing available.

- residency of our friend, road network fairly okay or bad? 4runner okay for hinterland trips.
- occupation of our friend? site workers - engineers etc - often use 4runner just like tacoma.
- marital status? kids and most madam would prefer the Rx.

- experience? i do not think 4runner should be the first car of anyone especially the 4.7L.

Apologies, 4runner comes in 2 engine variants - 4.7L V8 and 4.0L V6.

RX 2007 is 3.5L V6 FI DOHC 24V F4. engine while 4runner 2007 is 4.0L V6 FI DOHC 24V F4.

Most RX are 2WD Sport Utility Vehicles while 4runner are 4WD Sport Utility Vehicles.

RX is rugged and durable and 4runner is very rugged and more durable; and both rarely develop faults especially when properly maintained.

4runner expensive than Rx (all things being equal).

Your friend won't regret driving either of them.

I woke up to the email demanding apology by Andy Larryike of Lyke Autos. I responded to him appropriately.

A certain Mr Morgan had contacted me on Saturday, to mediate for an amicable resolution so I can pull down the scam/fraud alert against Andy and Norah Muthomi. He, Mr Morgan, said he had spoke to Andy as well. He mentioned Andy maintains I never contracted him for the service so he has no business with me (which he also mentioned in his email), I told him I paid Andy Larryike and Norah Muthomi directly so the excuse is not tenable.

Instructive to note that all parties to the transaction - Oscar, Andy, trucker (contracted by Andy), Storage owner (procured by Andy) put the blame on Andy Larryike as can be seen in the SMS screenshot attached and Oscar's messages too. Oscar has vehemently blamed Andy as can be seen in previous chats I uploaded.

However, both Andy Larryike and Norah Muthomi are unreasonable and adamant in their myopic minds.

I await to hear from him and his lawyers appropriately.

Your Facebook shows you went to 2 tertiary institutions - Delta State University and Bayero University, apparently you are a disgrace to both schools.

Slander and Defamation is when you make false statement and damaging good reputation of/about someone; all the communication, evidence of payment to you and Norah Mutholi, and especially your own words and that of your partner explicitly shows you are a SCAM. How do you run a business, receive payment for a service and never provide the service leading to loss of the item to the client. Sadly, you still have the audacity to be advertising to other people to patronize you.

I wait to see anyone that will see this 'excellent' testimonial about you and your business and will go ahead and do business with you grin

I never even planned to call them/him out initially. However, when he tried to collect about $6000 from someone I had earlier introduced to him (and I had forgotten I introduced them) under the guise of paying for a vehicle at auction whereas his account was owing auction over $12000 and any money paid into the account would be applied to defray outstanding debts not the vehicle Larry won for the person and guess what, Larry kept prodding the person to pay to him directly not auction. Thank goodness the person called the auction before releasing funds to him.

Some one/persons must have done some due diligence while trying to do business with him must have referred him to my comments when his (ex-)partner tried bringing his business here in Nairaland

Arrogantly, he opened a Nairaland account to 'reply' and display his 'level of intelligence' to everyone to see.

He will deactivate his Nairaland account same way his fraudulent/scam girlfriend Norah Mutholi blocked me on WhatsApp (screenshot attached).

Justice might be slow but will surely come one day. It usually seems like everyday for the thief you know, but just one day for the owner (I heard of a case of an agent who stole someone's car from port and was apprehended after over 10yrs grin

As you can all see, all in his so-called lawyer's letter were all lies as briefed by Andy.

a) he is claiming to be helping Oscar - not my business really as I paid for the service and paid into his account
b) he provided his co-scam bank details Nora Mutholi willingly not otherwise

How a sane person who was paid (and also paid more) for a service turns around to claim otherwise beats my imagination. Apparently, no iota in integrity, common-sense or honesty in him; to even have the audacity to come on here to spew the rubbish he instructed his lawyers to write is alarming.

I acknowledge challenges could come up in transaction(s) but it is that tenacity and courage to surmount it makes a man not running away or behaving Andy. I even paid him the storage to sort the problem he created but Andy is Andy.

Let he/she who has ears hear.
