I told myself i won't sub with them anymore, but I'm still not satisfied with that as many nigerians will still get caught in their shenanigans.

Bro, i had similar case oo..
I did the above sub you mentioned... After my main sub finished, I realized everything halted including my night plan (the 4gb)..very stupid and unreliable network.. Have already vow no to use them again except night plan

Yooo i had same problem with glo, i subbed #1,500 for 7.5gb 30days including 4gb night. Thats is i have 3.5gb for the day time,that isn't going to do because I'm a heavy user and i work online and that could probably stretch to midnight.

So about 4days later my day-data got exhausted and i had a lot of work to do,so I'm like okay,I will use the night data. Around 1am i started working and i couldn't connect, i tried everything till around 5am, i called their costumer care and they told me that if my day data gets exhausted then the night also would be exhausted.

I tried to make her understand it made no sense, i bought a plan that included a night plan and thats why it all amounted to 7.5gb, she got tired and forwarded my complaint to someone else who was less eager to accommodate me and hanged up (their costumer care ended the call �)

This is pure madness, something has to be done honestly, I've thought of legal actions because this is deceitful and wicked.

The immigration office is the most corrupt public office I've ever seen,those people don't deserve a job. Every single aspect of that process should be digitalised, to mitigate the number of times we see their corrupt faces.

Some times i want to see reasons with him,perhaps he is trying to tell a story. But the more i look at this, the more perplexed i become.

I just think there is a time for everything, and this isn't a time for his shenanigans.

Don't put all your hope on this yeye tracking page hoping you'll see when your passport is ready.

I have collected my passport since Thursday and the tracking is still showing this that yours is showing.

My passport has been issued since 27th of June, some days before making 6 weeks after capturing.

If you capture at the Sagamu processing office I can assure you that your passport is out because passport gets ready there 3 - 6 weeks after capturing without fast tracking.

If you have time go to where you capture to confirm if your passport is ready, don't let this tracking page deceive and delay you..

Hey y'all, i captured june 3rd and its been 6weeks already,how do i know the passport is ready? i wouldn't want to waste my time and money for nothing.

UPDATE FOR THE PH PEOPLE:

Yo,so um if you in ph and you want to DIY or the other way,on the day of your capture you might want to take some food,enough water and probably some sleeping bag, don't bother rushing for this,the officials only keep to naija time(honestly you should have been there by 09:30am,thats when they get serious). I might be exaggerating,but you have to come prepared that they are mostly going to waste your time.

Ya,so i did my docs verification and capture on the stipulated date 03/06. Even if they have you write your name on the paper provided for attendance, don't rely on that,(probably for their benefits;could be used to sort your files if already submitted).

Hint:
1.Don't rule out the chances of them trying to extort you,oh they will try. So this is what i did,i memorised the name of my previous extorter and when asked if i had any handler,i said yes and provided his name.

2. If you submitted your docs already, you might want to come with every original you got.

3.come with your own entertainment, you might get really bored and they will ask you to put off your phone when called in.

Guess that's it,after my capture though i got given a paper that should have my date of collection but all i saw was 'Fresh' written on it,hmm guess its six weeks then.

I did the DIY paid and everything, got my guarantor docs stamped in court and i was ready to submit same day,so i got to immigration office at gra junction again to submit,an official stopped me at the gate to check my docs(the hell?) No p,he allowed me in sighting no mistakes,got to the receptionist and he started talking about COMMITMENT fee again,this time 13k. Well,i wasn't going to pay that,so i waited and tried he just advised me to go to their mile 1 branch as no one would take my docs here.

I got to their mile1 branch and i was told to buy a folder and have it arranged, there is a building next door for just that purpose and i paid 1k for that. I went back in but the man receiving DIY applicants was nowhere in sight,i waited more than 1hour for him,and when he finally came in,he asked me who helped me fill my online application and how much i paid. Omor i thought i was speaking to a reasonable person so i told him the truth, then he told me to pay 5k to submit, i said hell no. He told me to step aside,i told him i couldn't he should accept my docs and let me be on my way,dude started being aggressive,so i called him by his full name(as seen on his tag) and he should take my docs,dude got pissed,he thought i was video recording him because i was pressing my phone.

He was scared,he almost broke my phone mehn,it was an uproar in that office,i was pissed man. Dude left his post for a long time, i spoke with other officials if i could get a different person to submit to but they said no,and were just saying i should pay, the hell? 3hours later man,after waiting i was angry,hungry and i didn't think i could be patient anymore,so i called one of the official i previously spoke with that i was ready to pay, he went into their back office and the first officer magically came out i paid the 5k against my principles, they really don't care huh,this system is here to break good people. Now you understand why I'm disappointed? I could have held it a little while longer but i was beginning to sense i had enemies already,so.

If you in ph,man just tread carefully, this dudes don't really hide themselves. They will extort you with pride.

Try to get there early with photocopy of all your documents and approach the Servicom as you enter...

Omor, i will be captured on the 3rd of june,but i don't have my appointment slip,hope thats okay? I have reference number, appointment number,application id and a cam capture of the slip though.

Meanwhile the office at GRA has been closed to passport duties, I dnt know why those ones keep deceiving ppl. The Rivers state command is the one at mile 1.
