It's difficult for liars to believe that other people are not liars. GMB is attractive if he will fight corruption and crush Boko Haram but his attitude towards democracy and freedom of media isn't encouraging. GEJ seems to be a liberal, democratic guy but he expects us to accept big failures.

Sharia criminal codes entail stoning of women to death for adultery, cutting of fingers of thieves,. etc.
Boko Haram says it is fighting for a country friendly with these codes.

OBJ could have stopped Boko Haram when 12 northern states adopted the use of those criminal aspects of sharia codes in 2000; and in 2001 Buhari urged Muslims to ensure that that criminal codes aspects of sharia be implemented in all of Nigeria. But OBJ looked the other way and called it political sharia.
And since then, people in Nigeria who share same religious belief with 12 northern sharia states, Buhari and Boko Haram have been sabotaging efforts to fight off Boko Haram.

I do not agree with this headline anymore. Boko Haram is no longer a Nigerian (Jonathan govt) problem now. They just attacked a nigerien town and just last week there was a massacre in fotokol, a Cameroonian village. Its just a matter of time before the terrorists hit Chad.

Boko haram is now a regional problem and so needs a multinational force to defeat them.

Well we don't know GEJ will be told the questions.

This is a presidential debate, and questions will be centred around the Nigerian polity, as it concerns what both plan to do , once elected and how.

Economy, BH,infrastructure, education etc.....the debate is hardly going to centre around Ghana or Togo, is it? If Buhari already does not know what his and APC's plans are for Nigeria by now.....then, I don't know what to tell you.

If he can't debate and answer questions about Nigeria and his plans, he needs to take the next four years to think about it.

The Nigeria Elections Debate Group on Monday in Abuja said the 2015 presidential debates would hold between January 28 and February 5.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of NEDG, Mr Sola Omole, disclosed this to newsmen after a meeting of the board, hosted by the former Chairman of Daar Communications Plc, Chief Raymond Dokpesi.

Omole said that the Directors-General of the Presidential Campaign Organisations of the 14 participating political parties would open the floor on January 28.

A debate planned and organised by Omole of NTA inside Dokpesi bedroom can never be fair.
Dokpesi the debtor (a well-known Jonathan cocck sucker) will surely leak the questions to Jonathan.
