Even if the petition was written by APC as a party, they still can't be party to any eventual litigation because it's a criminal case. Only an insufferable fool like u would keep trying to make a distinction btw APC and the petitioners even when the party's position on Ekweremadu's election as the DSP is well known. The protestations against his election by the party and the president is well documented so It's easy to infer their support for this despicable political brinkmanship

When you describe someone's character, you are trying to give a collective impression of the persons responses to environmental stimuli; that's why a thief can be kind, yet vicious in other circumstances. If his collective response at a time is kind, it would be foolhardy to ignore his other response (vicious)!

What APC formally decrees as it's formal response is most valid, however the other subsets also indicate APC's perspective on issues, albeit informal.
