Memoirs of a geisha, where virginity is prized. Dnt lyk romantic novels tho bt this 1 exposes d esoteric culture of the japanese.
I also dont like romantic novels but loved the cultural aspect, learnt a lot.
Now when it comes to thrillers, horrors, mystery, I am obsessed.

It was not patience, the hype behind the book was just too much. Decided to finish it so I could also say I read it.

Finished reading an American Classic, The Catcher in the Rye. I had to force myself to finish that book, it was a total snoozefest. Wonder what the hype was all about. Immediately deleted it from my phone when I was through.
Memoirs of a Geisha was really entertaining. Enjoyed it.
