Politics / Re: Minister Of Aviation Declares War On Yoruba – by demmy(m): 7:09pm On Feb 25, 2013 |
nwabobo: What airports? I hope you are not crediting the bigot Igbo minister for airport renovations because I am sure those contracts were already awarded by Obasanjo and Yar'Adua. |

nwabobo: I am beginning to think you're not that bright. Do you know that the Dana Air Flight 992 disaster happened on "this woman"'s watch? Is that what you call improvement? Then she gave Dana their license back before the investigation was concluded adding salt to the injury of the victims' relatives. Other than sacking Yorubas and replacing them with mostly unqualified kins of hers, what reform has she embarked upon? |
Politics / Re: Minister Of Aviation Declares War On Yoruba – by demmy(m): 5:10pm On Feb 25, 2013 |
ilugunboy: Of course not. But our Igbo brothers like to play the victim and the victor at the same time. |
Politics / Re: Minister Of Aviation Declares War On Yoruba – by demmy(m): 4:25pm On Feb 25, 2013 |
For the benefit of the rabid bigots and other ignorants, these are the ministers of aviation since 1999: Olusegun Agagu (May 1999–February 2001) Kema Chikwe (February 2001–May 2003) Isa Yuguda (July 2003–July 2005) Babalola Borishade (July 2005–Nov 2006) Femi Fani-Kayode (November 2006–May 2007) Felix Hyatt (2007 - 2008) Babatunde Omotoba (Dec 2008 - March 2010) Fidelia Njeze (April 2010 - May 2011) Stella Oduah (July 2011 - present[2013]) |

ilugunboy: Lolzzzzzz....yhlboes just dey grandstand on this thread. Don't mind them. They are acting as if ibos were never part of the rot in Nigeria, as if Kema Chikwe and Fidelia Njeze were not ministers of aviation before this current Oduah woman took over. |

9jacrip: Andrew Uweh, I will advise you get better works on Yoruba history - check with Toyin Falola. Johnson's general history is truly filled with myths but his accounts of the war were correct because he witnessed it and even helped to negotiate its end. |

Politics / Re: Innoson Vehicles Complains Of Low Govt Patronage! by demmy(m): 7:28am On Jan 30, 2013 |
Boss13: Does Innoson really need the government? You have to tell people about your product and how good your products are. I visited their website and it is rubbish, you cannot view the vehicles properly, you just see specification. No interior or exterior picture display of their vehicles, no price tag. It tells you how unserious the marketing department is. How about advertisement, how about dealership with distributors? They need to start with this and I bet his vehicles will be flooded in the street, if truly it is top range and cheap. Their vehicles are very very expensive. Only government can afford to buy them hence they are not marketing to Nigerians directly. IVM is a great effort but execution is poor. If they want to survive, they'll have to make their products affordable to the Nigerian masses and offset the loss by selling more cars to more people. Millions of Nigerians still dream of owning a car and I see no reason why they won't buy an IVM if its affordable. |
