You can apply to Canada after January 5, 2025; the ban will be lifted after 5 years; no action is required. If you want to go to Canada before the 5-year ban passes, apply for an Authorization to Return to Canada (ARC). The chances of getting an ARC are slim unless it is an emergency and the need surpasses your inadmissibility.
Canada can issue you a visa after the ban if you meet the requirements.
The ban does not prohibit you from applying to come to the US. However, your application may be scrutinized because of credibility concerns since Canada shares a database with the US.

Financial Fraud cos the agent submitted a fake bank statement. He even refused to give me the username and password. It was after some months when i arrested him that i realized they have given me 14days to explain myself which i couldnt.

That will be difficult because there are few universities there and applications have closed for January Intake in most schools I know of in Scotland.

I have gone through their refund policy and didn't find any write up about a no-refund policy if an applicant is denied a study permit due to misrepresentation or fraud.
One thing I could come up with is that the school doesn't seem to be a good University. Though it is a designated learning institution but not all programs in the university qualifies you for a post study work permit after graduating. The list of program that gets you qualified for PGWP can be seen by clicking on the link below.
Lastly check for reviews about the school online and you will find a lot of negative reviews.

Sorry to jump in Makano. Below is a link to some colleges such as Confederation college , Vancouver community college, North island college that do not refund tuition if your study permit is denied due to submission of false information or documents.

A BAN is liken to a refusal, maybe a great-grandfather of a refusal..

So any school should refund the tuition fees back with the exception of an Administrative fee.. The refund policy of most schools is that the only reason for a refund is when an applicant is refused visa i.e. when an applicant's study permit application isn't approved...

So a BAN is a senior refusal, so the applicant should be refunded in any school, not just Algonquin..
