I have seen cases where people received five-year bans and later discovered that the Facebook agent who handled their application had entered all sorts of rubbish. Some people found out that their employment details had been changed or extra work experience had been added. The problem is that you may not know what these Facebook agents submitted on your behalf until it is too late. And whatever false information they put in your application can come back to haunt you when applying for another visa or even PR years later.

If the problem was limited to a fake bank statement, your options may be different from a situation where the agent also fabricated employment history, marital status or other information.

2 year nursing Diploma would have been best option if spouse is not coming with you to canada,you can bring spouse later on pgwp while working on Teer 2 job as a nurse..however BN is 4years and expensive but will entitle spouse on a work permit if spouse is lucky finds work in on demand occupation ,the whole family may get PR before you finish program in province nominee program or RCIP
Without GCMSNOTES to find more details,the best option for you is to declare previous refusal reasons Misrepresentation That she used false information on previous application and received 5 years ban which has elapsed ..
even any other findings in previous application then should be equal to same 5 years ban,even if not stated on refusal notice!!
Including an apology that any information on current application is truthful to the best of her knowledge..

logically you cannot charge person for same offence twice!
