Greetings great nairalanders! I'll like to know if its my Nigerian address and phone no that should be in my CV or I should get a Canadian address and phone number. Thank you so much! |
Hello Nl, I found out a lot of people have good business ideas, but looking out for a good location to site the business, some are already on it but needs a better location for their businesses to thrive. This is why I'm renting out a space located in a busy area ( Abule Egba, Lagos). All you have to do is dm the kind of business you intend doing there. NB: An evening/night business is a hot cake there due to the buzzing youth population in the area. Contact 08-10-64-71-17-4 |

Greetings good people of this forum. I happened to own a car while I was in school as I was doing very well in terms of my hustle back then. Fast forward to now that I'm through with school and can't longer maintain the car with the little I'm earning in my current job, I then thought in myself to put my car up for uber rental. Anyone interested should hit me up call or whatsapp 08106471174 Ps : only people around ikeja division environs. |

Good evening nairalanders! I don't know know the right section to post this hence my reason for posting it here and I also believe irrespective of where I drop my questions, the good people of Canada travel section will help in providing solutions. My question goes as thus! Having tried every means of going to Canada, then one day while surfing the net, I came about a certain agency based in Canada that claims to recruit job seekers from anywhere in the world based on their bio. I reluctantly messaged them but didn't get a reply. Then all of a sudden, after months in which I myself already forgotten about them. I got a mail from them which assessed my ability and afterwards, I got a corresponding mail of them claiming to sponsor my air fair and work permit totalling 80% while I will only spend 20% for my documents processing. My question now is can this be real or a form of scam as I only know a potential employer will only send a job employment letter while the job seeker continues the rest in Nigeria. Thank you all.. |
seyewest:no travel history except for neighboring Benin Republic but she never stamped her passport. As regards her account, I hope that wudint pose any threat to her application as her account isn't very bogus . |
Good day everyone! I need contribution of traveling experts on this. My mom has a US white citizen of her age bracket planning on inviting her over. The said woman has been to Nigeria couple of times. My mom family ties she can boast of is her husband, her children and grandchildren. She recently retired and will start earning her pension next year so her account is not bogus to sponsor herself. The white woman in question has agreed to sponsor her with her own account. I will like to know her chances of getting the visa and what needs to be included to make the application scale through. Thanks |
nuradeen011:Yea but it's people like you that will do the sorting.. |
To everyone interested in recovering or finding their phones back, you can reach me on whataspp 08106471174. NB if you do fraudulent things on your phone, don't bother tracking as everything done on your phone will be seen. |
I know what it is to loose ones phone either to theft or other ways. I never believed it was possible for me to recover my stolen phones considering the kind of society we're in. Sometimes last year December, I was a victim of all this one chance things happening in Lagos. It was Dec 25th precisely. I went out towards evening like what everyone will do on a day like that to have fun with friends. After having all the necessary fun, I decided to start heading home around 8pm. I took a tricycle, got down and proceeded to taking the connecting mini bus (korope) to my bus stop where I will then trek to my house. As soon as I got into the mini bus was the last thing I remembered. Only for me to wake up at 3am at far location to my house but still within the vicinity of my area. All phones, infinix and a small Nokia phone gone, wallet, and every other things on me gone. I trekked home and went straight to bed, I couldn't even give anyone explanation. I just wanted to sleep hoping it was a dream. The next day I woke up and finally realised what has happened. I went back to my last locations, but found nothing. I had no hope of finding them. Somehow a lady in my area found out about what happened and requested to help me recover my phones. On hearing that I smiled, trying to figure how she intend to go about it in my mind. She eventually explained she has a DSS uncle in Abuja that could track my phones with just my phone number, phone name, date it got lost with either imei /serial number which is optional incase I can't provide it. She called him and he billed me about 5 figures. I was kind of skeptical about the whole thing, but I decided to give it a try considering the way he convinced me. I sent him the money then few days after just like magic, he sent me the current phone number in my phones, date the new sim was inserted, address the phone is currently been used, name of user. I was surprised and still in doubt because I never believed such technology in finding phones exist in Nigeria. After receiving the details, I set out to the nearest police station and informed them. After proving how I tracked it to them, they set to work. I was told, I will be called upon. Barely 5 hours later, I got a call from the police station that they've arrested someone with one of my phone which is the small Nokia phone. On getting to the police station, I found out he's one of those national guys that collects money from those mini buses at the bus stop (korope) The police made him to understand there is no need to lie anymore. He eventually explained how my phone got to him and led them to the person with the other phone (infinix) I wasn't interested in pressing charges or how it happened, I just wanted my phones and wallet. After days, I was eventually called to come pick my phones and 30k value I claimed for money in my wallet, cost of my cap, shoe and other valuables I penned down in my statement at a total cost of 30k. NB the police ddint collect a dime because my father who is a friend to the DPO already done neccesary things. That was how I was able to recover my phone, and value for other things I couldn't get back. The reason I decided to bring this here is that they are alot of us that has found ourselves in such a situation and with this, I'm sure it wil deter people from stealling and selling stolen phones. |
Good day everyone! please can any officer from any any state sign the guarantor form or strictly someone from my state of origin Secondly, I didn't print my acknowledgement card but I have a screenshot of it (though not very clear) is there a way I can access the website to print it out.. Thank you |
Good Day everyone! I need someone to reply me on this. I already asked in other threads I feel it's related to my topic but I'm yet to get a response that's why I'm bringing it here. There's this American woman (First Class citizen) I've known for years now. It never occurred to me to discuss traveling with her since I was still in school all those years and doing well plus things was still better off in Nig a little. fast-forward to now that I'm done with nysc plus finding job been difficult, the current situation of the country and so on. I then informed of my plans to come over to the US to work since I don't have enough funds to go via student route. She suggested she is going to get me a nanny job (ps I'm a guy) reason been that that's the best way to get me in. she said she's going to convince a rich American Family to sponsor me on work visa etc. After she told me all this I came online to verify but I didn't see any thing of such kind of visa (nanny work visa) so I need you all to help me shed light to this. Thank you all |

sillysassysally:pls sir can I get a copy of the SOP so I can compare to mine oluwadamilarekenny1@gmail.com |
Kez911:My twin sis is same age as me while my older is already independent as she's already married. she's 24, then my kid sis is 16. ps: my grandpa is the one sponsoring me as he's enormously rich to do so due to his acct bal. |
hurricanesgrace:Thank you for your response sir. please can you suggest other ways to prove to the VO I'll will return as I don't have any property or assets in my name. I'm just 21 and recently completed my nysc last year December. Proving to the VO I'll return is the only problem I'm facing right now ps: I'm the only son of my parent. I've 3 female siblings tho! Thank you |
Hello house, in my SOP, can I talk about the different times I tried to join the Nigeria military and paramilitary respectively as plans after studies and reasons to leave Canada after my graduate study. ps: I've documents such as acknowledgement cards applicants are asked to print out to back my claim up. Also, I've interest in Nig polictics in the nearest future strictly as a lawmaker. My course is a kind of course such that it can be fussed /incorporated into my two different ambitions which is military or politics and also it wil be very helpful to nation building.. Thank you. |
Kez911:please brother can you help with a sample of SOP.. oluwadamilarekenny1@gmail.com |
Qudkom:OK sir, considering your points, how else can I convince the VO I'll return. I have the capacity to claim to be a worker at my Grandpa company and he will be paying half of my tuition fee. isn't this convincing enough to the VO? |
Qudkom:Thank you for your response sir. As regards the home tie, I do not have any property in my name neither do I have a job. How else convincingly can I prove to the VO I'll return after my studies. The only tie someone suggested was cool for me to use is my twin sister. we've never really stayed apart. Tho! we intended going for masters together but due to funds this seems not feasible anymore. And again, we studied outside Nigeria, an African country precisely. A friend feels this should convince the VO in some sort of way that I'll would want to return home because of her since this we be the first we be staying apart. Then lastly, someone suggested since my course has alot to benefit my country, I should input details of how I'm planning coming back to invest my knowledge in home country in my SOP.. please what do you think? thank you once again.. |
