More pictures from July 31st Work. Upper Floor was adjusted to be two unit of one bedroom Flat now.
|
We were able to do this today 31st July 2018. We resumed the upper floor just two days after casting. That might surprise you. However we are applying safety propping in place and reducing weight on the building in the best way possible. After which the building would be left without touch for a month before plastering can commence...

Frayo82:Contact me. That's my work. I build with 99% accuracy level. Yes u heard me. My profile says it all. Am currently working in that axis already. Check my profile to see numerous works am working on |
gordonbarrett:It's cheaper than concrete casting |
This and many more. But I would stop here to focus on the new project that this project is meant for. Wait for updates today as I put up what am doing today on the saloon. Am doing the layout today after the decking have been left to rest. But the supports are all in place and reinforcements of the bracings... |
To portray my points well enough. Am gonna post more of my completed projects here... This is me also during the construction...
|
EgunMogaji:Check this out. Am going to show you guys the computer design before and after construction. I built this in Ikorodu Lagos State
|
gordonbarrett:It's called Kalsi Board. POP Water resistant plasterboard can be used too or direct concrete facial casting |
EgunMogaji:The oldest I have done personally is 5years now and it's looking so nice. If you don't mind I can share it here too |
I totally understand the concepts of Mallam Step and why it should be used. Believe me. In locations like Owerri. I had that experience of people not using Mallam step. You know what they say when they were seeing me construct mallam step. "It's a waste of money and material, in fact it makes them easier for them to cast the decking". The further said that it's stressful to climb mallam step especially if it's too steep by the Carpenter and so many other excuses. But I was wondering in the first place because I haven't done it before (casting staircase first) but have seen it done. So I decided to do this here, having a very deep knowledge of the mixture to use after all research and consultations and wide experience in the use of concrete structures this year. And believe me. See how neat this staircase is. In fact the neatest I have done so far. |
Let me show my other projects this year where I have used mallam step... Picture 1 - Lakowe Ajah Lagos Picture 2 - Owerri Imo State Picture 3 - Owerri Imo State Picture 4 - Oke Aro Ogun State
|
EgunMogaji:With my time frame. Am using a very good mixture of grade 15 and 20 concrete. That way am good to go. Remember this is my 5th project this year and in fact my busiest year as far as building and construction is concerned and so much experience is already gathered. |
Rubbiish:Yes it was. You can see the looks even after it's use |
uwemjack:You said it all. Also what was a major constraint is space. All my 4 other projects this year has Malam steps. But they aren't built up environment like this one. Also looking at time and cost. This method in fact rocks. Can't you see how neat the staircase looks |
InvertedHammer:There is no perfect plan except the one that it's space management is appreciated by the client or house owner. People would always find something wrong because it doesn't match their requirements. Simply ignore that. So far you the client that the plan is designed for meets your expectations then such plan is good to go. Beauty they say lies in the eyes of the beholder. |

Hello good people of Nairalander. Start date is 14th July 2018... As a show of confidence in what we do. I have decided to bring to you my latest ongoing construction work happening now in PHC Rivers State. Having battled with rain. I have come to bring to your notice that this construction has a 1 month time frame to Roofing from foundation to Decking. I don't base in PH I base in Lagos so I am sticking to the time. Demolition of existing structure and rebuilding is all embedded in this one month take note. I designed the architectural design of this structure and am still the one building it. This is actually my 5th project this year running. What am building is no blocks. Mainly structural works to Roofing... After one month we can add blocks to the upper floor... Sit back and relax and I share a bit of the construction images. Contact me for your designs and construction services on +2347038166370, +2348081465833

We can help with that. That's why we are here. It's our work to design from nothing to something. Not just design. We actually build it. Do you have the survey of the land? meetmonde: |

Am in PH currently. And am doing exactly this type of foundation for a one storey am building. You might want to contact me from my details below for more information. PH Soil bearing capacity is not too strong so in this area. New GRA. I used an isolated Pad with Ground Beam to carry the block works. Other details of construction can be shared with any client that have a similar soil. Malevonent:
