We have now commenced sand filling and back filling of the foundation.

We are doing the concrete works on the starter pillars today.

I reckon you make furnitures.
Please advise:

I bought some of these supposed turkey wooden doors at 150k each. Needed two extra for kitchen and sitting room. My furnituremaker then suggested he could make the same door quality and design for lower price.

Sitting room entrance door: 120k
Kitchen door: 80k.

Please from your experience, can you tell the quality of the furnituremakers wood in the second image? Also, is the price fair for the quality?

@sonnie Please your attention is needed too.

HDF Wooden door is good for bedrooms. But I wouldn't personally use it for main building entrance or kitchen exist doors because of my preference.

HDF door is water resistant but that doesn't mean you should subject it to so much rain for a long period of time.

I will advise HDF for internal doors. And foreign good exterior doors for main entrance and kitchen exit.

We are making progress.
Rounded up with foundation block works today.

Meanwhile we are preparing for ground floor to Decking colum works as well. So keep your fingers crossed. We are not wasting time at all.

Day - 5

We equally commenced block works.
The land is sloppy and so we are taking levels to ensure it's captured accordingly...

Today was exhaustive and we were able to complete the foundation Blinding with about 65 Bags of Cement + Colum base.

We equally used concrete mix for this purpose to make the work faster, more durable and best mix proportion.

Day 4

Doing some Blinding works now...

Mounting the Colum starters and base...

Day 3 official start up Update.

Foundation trenching done and completed with Colum base.

Meanwhile, we have proceeded to prepare the starter columns, ground floor columns to Decking also are all being prepared, Colum base irons works are all done too.

We are moving at a great speed...

We have commenced foundation trenching
We are doing 900mm to 1000mm respectively because of the slope of the land.

Also we are moving on with the procurement of other materials needed for the foundation.

Setting out commenced today.

Site storage and shelter nearing completion in 2 Days. 4Meters by 9.5meters. The biggest site storage and shelter we have done outside location so far.

From 2021 - till date it became a reality
Patience is virtue...

We have commenced the site clearing as well as site storage and shelter.

We are all bringing our team from Lagos down here and we have a duration of 33 Days to take this project from setting out day to Decking

We are pleased to bring to your notice about our new project. A 5 Bedroom Duplex with Security and Gen.

We were recommended by Hajj Mufutau55 on this project. This is one of the very many projects he has referred us to and we have delivered and this by God's grace will be done In good time and in accordance to our SOP (Standard Operation and Procedure).

We are hoping to bring our professional touch to Ibadan people. This is going to be our first project in Ibadan, Oyo state and we are excited to meet the people here and learn their culture while doing our work.

So kindly join us here, feel free to ask questions and comments and critics where necessary.

This design wasn't done by Dennis3D, we are only contracted to build. This is what we are going to do to the best of our knowledge
