Procurement of tiles, cements and tiles done. One shocking item on the list of what we budgeted for is POP CEMENT. We bought for 9200. That's really shocking. From a budget of 6,500 per bag.

Area of concentrations - Door: To be changed from MDF to glossy HDF - Wardrobe to be changed. - New Head Board from ground to POP - NEW Toilet Tiles Design. - New Plumbing Fittings Below is the existing picture of the hotel room.

. . . After meeting with client on site today. We are glad to announce to you that we are going to be pushing through with other stages of work like wiring and POP next to finish before December meets us. So stay tuned with us as we update the thread as we get vital information and updates |

Good evening House. Thanks For your follow up thus far on this project. As you all know, the first estimate (BOQ) for this project was done June 2021, that was what was used to start up the project though through client advise. He was subject to inflation and new price lists that we may encounter in the course of the project execution. The Project Costing is as Follows... Main Building = 36.5m Additional Fence Works = 1.85m Security and Gen House = 2.9m Total Expended so far = 41.25m Budget Variation on the main building mainly came from the cost of Granite which was 260K last year while we bought for 470K upon project start up. Sand was 26K now sold for 38K. Planks from 1300 now sold for 1750. Cement from 3500 to 4100 and some other new scope of works added to the project like ground beams and higher foundation level during filling. We are still hoping to start up the BQ of this project upon resumption. Below is the 3D model of what the building would look like upon finishing.
