I'm inspired by you work flow, detailed work progress and overall decorum with your comments and analysis. Thank you Arc. Dennis.

Interior done by you too?

Good evening sir.
Thanks for your candid comments.
I gave the concepts to the client.

But my own active work was for design and build from foundation to Carcass (Roofing), finishing inspection was periodic. But the concepts were 100% from me from paper to what you see there today.

Masters Bathroom view
Skylight available too

Electrical wiring has commenced alongside POP Works

Thanks sir for the mention, am grateful for your steady support and referral.

January will be a tight shot for me due to some ongoing projects as you know ... However, @Hajivince is currently doing a project in Abj and could be of help should the client contact him

As promised, we have started POP Works here.

Casting process of the POP Boards ongoing.

We bought POP cement for 9500 per bag. Quote terrible from our initially estimated 6000 per bag some months ago before we got to this stage.

Dollar and inflation is really hitting hard on construction these days.

thank you for your responds. Have you heard of Superplasticsizer admixture for concrete?

Obviously I know of some admixtures for concrete to help increase strength and hastens curing process too. I have seen some used during pile foundation as well as suspended slabs works on adverse weather condition and raining seasons as the case maybe.

Resuming this project soon. January. Stay tuned. Client is getting ready
