Decking works update
Good morning Viewers. As promised. This is the next stage of works 3D Model of the proposed DECKING construction
Would be sharing the 3D Model of the Decking Slab here today!!! Stay tuned.it's becoming interesting the more. Designing and Building In real time 3D and Life Construction simultaneously. Every element is represented. |
In preparation for the decking works Some 3D models have Been established to show a few adjustments on the design. The entrance area to the flat have been worked upon. See the updates on the design and watch out for the construction ASAP
Decking materials. We have got already 350 pieces of planks. 300 pieces of Bamboo sticks. 250 pieces of 2x3x12 wood. 4 Bags of nails. 16mm 12mm 10mm 3 roles of binding wires. Set for the decking works now.
We have successfully completed the application holding leveling. Total blocks purchased was 4200 pieces in all. Decking stage is next and we have equally made some procurements for a start. Bamboo here are sold at 750 but they are full length as compared to Lagos own. Lagos is selling for 650 the last I bought 3 months ago but this one here is x2 Lagos size. So Lagos building material market is quite expensive when it comes to wood and a few other things down here. There are only but a few building materials in Lagos that I will say are better of than here but they are barely significant when it comes to cost. Though some practice in the east here are different too than Lagos. Like when you buy stuffs here you pay for loading and Offloading yourself. You pay for transport yourself. Just the few procurements done yesterday costed 40K transport and 20K loading and Offloading.
