So much rain in this region of the country is very challenging. However, we are trying as much as we can to push through. Just before the close of work today rain started falling after terrible 4hrs sun.

So far we have bought up to 3600 Blocks of 9 inches and 500 6 inches blocks Estimated Blocks was 4100 blocks for this ground floor works. |

We have on site now for a start of the ground floor works 2500 pieces of 9 inches and 500 pieces of of 6 inches blocks for a start. 9 inches here is sold 280 Naira 7 inches is sold 240 |

Good afternoon Viewers. As promised. Here is the work update so far. The layout... Picture 1 - Flat 1 Ensuite rook toilet and bath Picture 2 - Flat 3 and 4 Staircase area Picture 3 - Flat 3 and 4 Staircase area Picture 4 - Flat 1 - Visitor's Toilet area in the living room

We are commencing block work forming and architectural layout today Sunday June 5 2022. We have ordered for 2000 blocks for a start to wedge against the sit at home tomorrow Monday June 6th. 100 Bags of cement are delivered for this stage for a start. The pillars are now mounted and properly tied to the starters with double binding 4 times on each pillar. Kindly stay tuned and follow us up.

Meanwhile, the colum works and Lintel works are ongoing here

2 blocks are purchased already same yesterday evening. Deliveries will commence this morning while the block work layout will start today still. No delaying. We will push as far as we can to See what we can achieve in the fastest time possible. |

Foundation Summary - Total of 44 Pillars - Blinding works - 89Bags - Block Works on foundation - 45Bags. - Ground Beam with colum works - 55Bags - Site concrete Works - 140 Bags - 16 Trips of Laterite filling - 1700 Blocks of 9 inches - Over 9 Trips of Sharp Sand Total of 110 Tons of Granite Bought, though remaining half a trailer. So when you do the little maths on this particular procurements you will get to understand how far we have come in terms of materials

ImperialCovfefe:I don't think so, though from my own observations and experience, it needs a hinge kinda thing to be able to make the net open that way. However, the essence of the net is best utilized as sliding. Window aluminum people could probably speak more on this. Cc: Ade Edward, Rock of Ages Aluminum, Perfect Touch and a host of others can say more. In construction, one can always try out new ideas than conventional. |
