Here are some of the updates of what we can see on site.

Grass is growing around everywhere because of rainfall no site activity.


Meanwhile our parapet works here is showing off itself. Cool as it is and as it looks. Durable as it should.

We have started testing the light works here.

Remember, we are yet to do the office furniture works.

The spaces shown here are the lobby, main ceo office, conference room and open office for staff

From this beautiful picture, you can see the SPACE but it still doesn't look minimalistic.

Which stills boils down to choice of colour and colour tones.

For the doors, were they painted offline before installing or painted after installing them.

They were painted after installation. It's a renovation we did here though. The old color was dark brown

Note: Client has been the one in charge of finishing, I do consulting here at this stage and supervision of some strategic points of finishing... Coloring, choice of materials and placements

Hence, I saw on Instagram of some property marketers the asking price of the property there was 550m...

The owner of the property (developer) is currently building another directly opposite the one we are building currently.

That's how next started too, because most clients are rich but very stupid that makes you wonder how they got their money in the first place.
I ve told you be warned, denis3d don't ever dial my number again in your whole useless life. Because you have Managed to secure one small contract from a stupid client doesn't mean you should loose respect for elders.

We have started the roofing Works here...

We are introducing a skylight in the Master's bedroom toilet. This is a change in plan, though as requested by the client. So we are incorporating into the construction now. Keep following up with us on this... More updates coming through.
