We are now doing the Master's bedroom ceiling

We have bought a total of 150Kg of Filax or Sponge at 2000 per kg, and 100 Bags of pop cement at 6000 per bag with 15 Buckets of paints, 3 top bond Buckets of 10kg each at 17K and other items as well like boards, glass, scaffolding items, nails, oil, etc


This was just for a start, we are hoping to make more purchases.

Calabar POP work is ongoing still.
Below is the front terrace ceiling works.

15m when we did it last year. But I can tell you categorically that this amount can't do what we did last year anymore. That includes fence, security and Gen House and main building.

Roofing sheet and accessories was 2.1m for 450sqm.

Wood work was about 800K.

Coz the roofing height was about 20fit

Meanwhile, our POP Works here are still ongoing...

What we are giving our client here is top notch designs and finishings.
