So far, all wall plate is done. Doing the king post now. We are using a height of 20fit for the highest point in the center of the building.

We have experienced some slight delay due to client request to halt, but in this case materials and are sure now but we are looking at getting past this stage up to roofing once client notifies us of his readiness.

Is there anyone with sample plan(s) for 6 units of 2 bedroom flat I can look at based on the size of the land (600sqm)?

This is a sample of 4 units of 2 bedroom flat.
However, I can make it 6 units by adding another floor to it. This is on 650sqm...

Yes, this is a full one plot. You could have the 6 units on three floors by having 2 units on each floor. But if well designed and not all ensuite, you could even have 3 units on each floor.

Go two floors or design with minimal space of we must have adequate car parking for the occupants.

Working on a New Design for plot of 300sqm.
A 4 Bedroom Duplex with study, laundry, kitchen, store, guest room ensuite, dinning, bar, sitting room and visitors toilet, family lounge. Master's bedroom with walk in closet.

Design mode in 3D below. Wait for the final output. To be built in Igbogbo Ikorodu area of Lagos.

We are currently building this project today.

Dear Nairaland people.

When it comes to land management and design.
Look no further. This design is on less than 2 plots slightly in the east. And barely 1 and Half plot of land in the west which is 900 sqm...

This design is on 891sqm.

Here we have an owner occupied 4 Bedroom Duplex with an attached 4 units of 2 bedroom flat with all rooms ensuite, dinning visitor's Toilet and large sitting rooms in all flats with kitchen as well. We equally have 2 units of self con BQ then security and Gen House present with car park for 6 cars at most.

Design is currently done to be constructed in Owerri Imo State.

Need a building design. Look no further.

We are still in the spirit of designing.

Currently designing a 5 Bedroom Duplex with attached 4 units of 2 bedroom flat for a client whose project is to take place in Owerri.

Currently on approval stage.

When we are set, we will open a thread for the work personally here for construction. Bull of quantities for the construction have been done as well. The full details will be shared on its own thread..

Estimates has been sent to client to that effect.
Doors is estimated at 1.5m about 26 of them in total. Including toilet doors too.
