To become a hero in yorubaland, just master the art of Agberoism: or in laymans parlance... a steet urchin, tout, drug baron(consult with the Tinubu academy on these one) , political thug(little wonder the region with the record breaking number of politically motivated assassinations in Nigeria is the South West)... etc(make your pick), then everything set itself into place and order for you. 28 Likes 3 Shares |

His life, his political choice, his business... I'll always respect and cherish the great memories he and his golden generation brought to millions of football loving Nigerians... even though I get the feeling Amokachi is on the payroll of some APC bigwig, needless to explain why a Nigerian football legend will be good publicity for the campaign of the ruling party. |
Music/Radio / Re: Falz Shades MURIC, APC, PDP And Senate In New Video Titled "Talk" (Watch) by Denton027: 8:19am On Jan 11, 2019 |
In falz the great Fela was reborn no doubt, only artiste in Nigeria that sings and passes meaningful, deeply intellectual, yet entertaining music all at the same fuvking time. There are definitely some Yorubas out there that are actually sensible, unfortunately Nairaland breeds the worst kinds of idiots from that great ethnic nationality. 5 Likes |

Oshigun:I could swear there was a video posted on a thread here yesterday that showed the so called Mc Oluomo fellow publicly soliciting his comrades to carry guns, knives, and all types of weapons to drive home political points... you must be a special type of idiot to think your Oluomo street thug is any different from the other foot soldiers employed by criminals like Tinubu, Saraki and the rest to wreck havoc ...just STFU if you have no brain cells left to rationalize between been blindly myopic and factual. 16 Likes 2 Shares |

I've always condemned the Nigerian military for their high handedness and wreckless proclivity to thuggery and brainless actions all around... But on these one I have to agree with why they acted the way they did. This media platforms have to draw the line between doing their basic journalistic jobs and divulging classified military information to the public, ISWAP have very easy access to media tabloids and you can bet they've read all the reports about the intended military attack on them, and are definitely prepared. 2 Likes |

kolaxed98:Dumb yoruba insecure idiot, of course everything that relates to Igbos is always competition to your effeminate whining pu**ies, see how a mere thread on a movie brought out the morbid bigotry in you. All over Facebook and other social media platforms, the movie is getting rave reviews from not only Nigerians but other Africans and even foreigners home and abroad, my Ghanaian, Liberian, South African and Cameroonian etc friends were even praising the movie more than the Nigerians! It even took a foreigner to convince me to see the movie on Netflix until I did today. While the movie was NOT Oscar worthy by any standards , it definitely did enough to promote the beauty of the Igbo business acumen, language, and ingenuity...AND THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERED TO ME. For all your hype about all the thrash movies produced by your yoruba geniuses, how come none of them are getting this much attention internationally like Lion heart? Despite splashing more budgets and casting all the "Z list" oyinbo actresses like your useless wedding party and the likes, none of them made it past the majorly Nigerian audience and cinemas... a multi billion dollar company like Netflix appreciated the simplicity and authenticity of Lion heart and rushed to put it on their platform! Keep hating till you die, but all facts and indices will always point to Igbos as the true pioneers of Nollywood. Name any local yoruba actor or actress besides maybe Olu Jacob and Omotola that are more popular than the likes of Pete Edochie, Nkem Owoh, Genevive, Rita Dominic, Kanayo, Clem Ohameze, Kenneth Okonkwo etc...the reason lots of African and Carribean countries know lots of Nigerian words like "tufiakwa", "Chineke", "Igwe must hear this..." and many more are because of the huge cultural impacts of Nollywood which of course promotes the Igbo culture MORE IN THE LIMELIGHT than any other in Nigeria... FACTS NOT FEELINGS. 20 Likes 6 Shares |
Politics / Re: Emeka Nworie Killed By Boko Haram In Sambisa Forest (pics) by Denton027: 9:29am On Jan 04, 2019 |
It's now a fact that MAJORITY officers and men that headline death tolls in the fight against BH are Igbos... which without recourse to empirical deductions have made me to conclude that Igbo soldiers are either been intentionally sabotaged in the war effort to die(for reasons best known to the powers that be), or the Igbo soldiers are the bravest among the lot out there, and as a result getting it hot from the insurgents. Whatever might be the case here, the pattern of Igbo soldiers been killed at an alarming rate calls for serious concern for the Igbo nation. And come to think of it, how come the ethnic group with the loudest town criers and purveyors of "One Nigeria" (won't mention them) are the ones whose soldiers always go viral with videos complaining and deserting the war fronts out of cowadice than anything else? Na dem full social media shouting upandan about the military not giving them enough weapons blah blah blah ... makes you wonder... 4 Likes |

victorvezx:Lmaoo the same President that got into power courtesy of majorly Igbo votes? mumu where were you when Igbos were at the forefront of power in the Nigerian politics, we've produced world known personalities like Azikiwe in power... which South South personality dead or alive comes close to a sniff of Ziks legendary status? you really think you are politically relevant? lmfaooooooo this fool doesn't even know the political intrigues "behind the scene" that got Goodluck Jonathan into power, it wasn't because the powers that be cared about your little overrated south south village before considering Goodluck, it was simply because they just needed a place holder lackey at the time to fill in for the late Yaradua at the time, and it made sense to just "sneak" Jonathan in. Why do you think the same people that put your Jonathan in power ended up calling him embarrassing names like Otuoke fisherman" etc before booting him out like a mere paper boy? That's because he along with the entire South South were never relevant in the larger scheme of things. So when you talk about political relevance, get it into your thick cranium Igbos have produced more political heavyweights since the history of Nigeria, it's just the Civil War that made us pretty much lose interest in Nigerian politics and focus more on commerce. 3 Likes 1 Share |

blindjustice13:Nah not delusional but certain. I bet you can't list any achievements(individual or collective) from the entire South South off your head... and that should tell you something. As a matter of fact, I consider it an insult to even bring Igbos into this whole discourse, that's like a slave trying to rub shoulders with his master. But I don't blame you minority scumbags, it's the unfortunate Nigerian factor that has given you mouth to talk that I blame. |

blindjustice13:The collective IQ of the entire South South no even reach the least educated person in Igboland. We are simply top superior to you minority animals, in all indices of life and we can start making comparisons using facts and figures if you so wish. But let me digress, no Igbo cares about the South south, or can even point you guys out on a map... that's how grossly inconsequential you folks are. When this madness called Nigeria meets his inevitable end, we will make it a point of duty to safely protect our Igbo speaking brethren in your useless region, and strategically annex the rest of you subhumans as our slaves. |

victorvezx:Better in what sense? What's so viable in your south south that isn't a normal miniature project in the East? Like I said forget paper statistics. You guys get the highest federal allocations, yet the only states in the South South that has the semblance of economic growth is maybe Akwa Ibom state and Calabar. You guys are so daft that you think we give a FUCCK about your useless oil or people in general. It's only the Igbos whom in your overrated region we are concerned about. When the comes for a referendum, we will separate the wheats from the chaffs... and reduce the whole South South to acres of rubbles sitting on overused and polluted oil. 4 Likes |

You still live in an environmentally deprived enclave getting fuccked over by the government of the day while your mates are using their time to build empires through sheer hard work and sweat. Who needs your fuccking clown? Lmaoooo, no be Aboki wey dey use una dey mumu about, stealing all your useless oil to enrich themselves while you take the beat as usual slaving to them. My problem isn't about the OP designating Edo state as the capital of the so called South South (could honestly care less about all of that, I just hope he's not making the mistake of including Igbos from there in his fantasy Edo dynasty). My actual problem however, is why the FUCCK Igbos got dragged into a crossfire that had nothing to do with them?? You Igbo obsessed degenerates had better keep Igbos off these bullish.it, except you loafers want this thread to be spammed and closed for good. 18 Likes 1 Share |
