You have to respect Amazon, they built that site from the foundation with security in mind, all attempts to hack them have been futile.

Cisse, after installing it(very easy), you go to tools and highlight any version of avast you see listed and click run uninstaller on top right hand corner.Restart your system  and reinstall the avast link I sent earlier.

Mr Igbekele, after installing it (very easy), you go to tools and click system restore on the top left. This will give you dates to roll back to. You can pick about a week to the incident.

Ok, switch it off totally by holding down the off/on button for about 10 secs. Switch it back on and start pressing F8 key continuously until you get to safemode. When in safemode, scroll down to Last Known good configuration and press ENTER. That should sort your problem out.
