Hey Valacious. Dapo might be your schoolmate but may be at a distance. I said this because you said he was humble. Some ppl might give you a dirty slap for saying that. As big as Felele is, don't say it, you might be lynched because they might think u are probably just a sycophant who is lobbying to get some bread from Dapo because he is now a commissioner. Go ask why did he lose the house of rep election despite the fact that his father is Godfather of Oyo ACN, despite running under ACN as a party of choice for the ppl, despite dedicating all his life to politics, no professional experience in anything apart from politics. He lost till.

Now let me tell you this, Dapo and I were in the same class for 4 years in secondary school, JSS 1-SSS 1. We all knew he was arrogant. When he was in U.I, the fact that he piped low and had very few friends, driving in and out of the school in full tint sleek rides does not translate to being humble. Rather, he dissociated himself from common students because he is the son of a governor. U cant tell me that Dapo was your friend in U.I unless your father was minister or senator etc. otherwise U couldn't have been Dapo's friend that easily.

I wish him good luck anyway,

I hope he is able to manage his arrogance at this level.
Up school! wink

^^^ Them send you? grin Please don't come hiaaaaa and scatter someone's marriage abeg.

Divorce is not an option here, neither is separation.

Op has to stick with his wife and be grateful that she is not cheating.
Jennykadry, this is coming from you? shocked shocked shocked On these boards, you advice women to divorce their abusive husbands regularly. Why is this different?

I'm not even advising him to divorce, just to let her be on her own for about a month.

^^Op don't listen to this poster. All women are natural men beaters and panelbeaters, some haven't discovered their hidden beating talent yet, whilst some like your wife already have. You should be happy that your wife is showing you her true colour and not pretending.

Please don't listen to the Internet Nigerian kids. They will ruin your life. Look at them drinking panadol for your headache.

The Op does not want to leave his wife, na by force? huh

Take your wife to Santa Barbara on a vacation, that is what spouses do. Been there, done it.
Santa Barbara ko Santa Marmara ni. cheesy

OP, have you noticed that wives in the African region don't tend to abuse their husbands cos they know the beatings they would get in return won't get number 2. They only do this in the west to provoke you to act and then get you arrested of domestic violence.

Your best bet is to leave her for a while and get a small apt and get on with your business, she will come back and beg, they always do.

Yes, they will surely raise the bar soon. Most people I know who are consultants now, started as testers before specialising in either Oracle, SAP or Siebel.

I've been having a look at job ads these days. All want the ISEB foundation either as compulsory or optional requirement. I dont see a lot asking for any of the testing certs above the foundation. For example I've never seen any ads asking for the intermediate or advanced ISEB cert. I still think after the foundation cert, one should focus on acquiring more experience, learn new skills and tools. Get the advanced and intermediate certs at your leisure but not as a priority.
I wonder too oh, all they require is ISEB/ISQTB foundation. Some people are not even aware there are intermediate and advanced certification which are very tough exams.

That was why I was telling omotofine that if she focuses only on manual testing, it might not be easy to land a job. It's the employers market these days, they want to get the bang for their buck.

Ensure you read up properly before attending an interview. Apart from supplying proof that you got experience, interviewers want to see if you do have a strong theoretical background. I know you have this already from the ISEB foundation exam. You could get quality centre from the HP website but it will only work for one month. If you look harder you might find one that lasts forever wink
Trust me there's none that lasts forever out there right now.

Well no need to worry, the players are still young. The squad has an average age of 23 and the academy just beat Man Yo last week. In the next 3 to 4 seasons we will rule Europe with soccer wise and when we finish selling the apartments at highbury everything will be OK. Fanshare is improving with AW bringing in more money to the kitty. Man yo will go bankrupt b4 next week, i read on the news that they are now tyring to sale some Man yo shares at Singapore stock exchange. Roman is already finished and chavs will be gone b4 i finish my tea break.

It's actually ~3GB.  Mine for instance shows 6.00GB (2.70 GB usable) There are many work-arounds for this but I don't need any of'em. It helps me reduce the amount of programs I'm running at a time smiley
It actually varies and depends on so many factors. Here is mine with 32Bit processor and 3.5Gb usable. So, If your system is 64Bit and you are getting 2.7Gb usable RAM, you are short changing that system man. Get the best out of it I beg you!

Many Nigerians are not used to satire in any form, they take everything they read on the internet as gospel truth. You can see the evidence on this thread despite the fact that people have highlighted the report as humour.

FamilyRe: What's Your Opinion About This? by denzel2009: 8:23am On Aug 20, 2011
I used to work in an office where the husband was involved in fraudulent activities and his appointment was terminated. He was also arrested, the wife had no choice but to resign cos she couldn't handle the embarrassment.

So, whatever happens to one tend to affect the other.

deji2009:
Would not make a difference because windows 7 uses the remaining ram to complete

pre-boot and other programmes. visit windows experience index score and ensure there's no

message saying your windows index needs to be refresh.

Very important laptop ram are from same manufacturer and at the same speed.

mismatch ram can cause a problem.
Deji, if his computer/laptop is a 64 bit architecture and he installs a 64bit windows 7 OS, the full 4Gb RAM would be recognised. He can even add more RAM, I have seen a laptop with 8Gb RAM fully recognised. It is only 32bit laptops that limit you to approx. 3.5Gb usable RAM even if you have 16Gb RAM on board.
Nigerian accent? Sexy? That gives a new meaning to the word "Sexy".

Saying "Oyel" instead of "Oil" is sexy? (Igbo-kwenu!)  grin

Saying "Dévélop" instead of "Develop" is sexy?

Saying "Was Strong wit you?" instead of "What's wrong with you?" is sexy?

Plus what exactly do they mean by "Nigerian accent" sef? There are diff. sorts of 9JA-accents: the Igbotic ones, The Yoruba ones, the Hausa ones, the non-ethinic ones, E.T.C. They need to specify.
