I guess questions for her is what did she tell them? Are you sure that's the only thing they were questioning? Im sure her lawyer will ask her all these before they start to build the case.

Let's not let CBP officials bully us, as most mothers have said as long as you are "honest" from the onset you are not doing anything illegal birthing in th us and you can carry anything you want to travel(except drugs and other illegal items . funny enough evertime i travelled i always carried all my documents, i always had that fear of what if someone asks me for something that i left out.

I really want to disagree with on the first paragraph, those officers there are also u.s immigration officials and once she clears immigration to the u.s you fly local to the u.s and don't have to declare or clear anything,, and as for the delay it must have been for verification or maybe intentional because verification should not take up to 3 days and also I learnt those immigration officials in abu dhabi are quite strict, and I know many people who are gone through there and breezed through immigration in abu dhabi and some that were thoroughly questioned

What exact reason did she give for taking her certificates along? Let's start from there.

Uk taxes are built into your purchases, when you buy things (kids stuff not included)you request the merchant gives you a tax refund form & the amount due to you as non EU resident/member is calculated &clearly stated on the form. On your way out, you show them @ the tax refund point & they give you what the form states. That's all.

GT are very nice ,about 3yrs ago, I did tax refund @ heathrow but couldn't get cash & oyinbo said they'll credit my MC, I was even thinking owo ti wo gbo, only to receive alert a couple of weeks after that the equivalent of 240+ was credited while my account was debited for around 260 for the stuff I bought. ... I complained at the branch & was told rate fluctuates by sec/min/hr. I just weak & waka!!

Good day house. Pls my interview is on 12th January 2014 buti just discovered that my passport will expired on 11th July .2015. Pls all do you advice i continue with the interview since my passport is just a day less than six months? Moreover if i should obtain another passport, my curent payment was done with the current passport. Hope it wont affect my visa chance? I need a candid advise please.
