This is the second time Iran has downed a U.S. drone using electronic warfare. The United States was unable to do the same to an Iranian drone two weeks ago, instead it deployed its overpriced F-35 fighter jet to fire an expensive missile to shoot the drone down.

USAF is nothing like IDF. IDF could not sustain a no flight zone, lack enough refuelling tankers and loitering bombers. IDF was able to operate for 12 days without any planes getting shot down.
America would take out every radar site within hours. Then they would
have B-52s and B2-Bs loitering over Iran space waiting for a target to be identified. USAF is not like IDF to be threatened with ballistic missiles. Most of US long strike mission is either conducted with tomahawk cruise missiles or fighter jets.
Even the strike against terror groups in Nigeria.. Na the same tomahawk dey use. It is very important to note that in the case of Nigeria, four out of 12 fired tomahawk missiles didn't explode. This happened in a setting where there was no jamming/electronic warfare systems or air defense.
They did the same nonsense against the Yemeni Houthis which failed woefully.

I've not seen the US fire hypersonic missiles in combat.
