That is not the issue here, they have no relationship. I remember the Evan and Evans Enwerem name scandal. Evans Enwerem was convicted by a court in 1960. The then Senate President said that "Evans" was his twin brother and has long died, not him. He said his name is Evan. His case can be likened to James Onanefe Ibori. Who was convicted but denied that the Ibori wasn't him. Both guys defence didn't sell.
