podosci: PDP released this picture has proof of his tax obedience....Notice the date 30th jan, 2015 I saw the date. The question is :whose fault is it that the date is 30th Jan. 2015 instead of what it should have been, Agbaje or LASG? |

As elections draw closer, there are series of political dramas, tensions, blackmails, propagandas from different political opponents and Lagos state is not left behind in these season movies. There has been an allegation that the PDP Lagos state Governorship aspirant's firm Jaykay Pharmacy has evaded tax for the past four years; that means that from 2007 till date Fashola and his "inept" government at Alausa have not deemed it fit to prosecute the firm in question. Hear him: The governor said, “Jaykay Pharmacy has not paid land use charge for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. It paid in 2013 and 2014. It owes this government N1, 629, 064.62. How many books will it have bought in the schools? How many drugs will it have provided in the hospital? I will advise you that you avoid inexperience. I will advise you that you avoid experiment.” . On the contrary, Agbaje replied him stating that he resigned from the Company since 2006 and every case of tax evasion should be directed to Jaykay firm.In his reply, he showed evidence of payment of tax for his Residence till date. The question now is : "Who was and still in-charge of Alausa from 2007 till date and could not take the Jaykay Pharmacy to court or clamp down the firm for tax evasion? Is this matter coming up now since Agbaje is no longer part of the "paddy-paddy" government where some cabals are granted waivers? To me Fashola has indicted himself for INEPTIUDE. |

ShowYourCertificate: Typical of APC goons. Always quick to insult.
For your information, Mohammed and Muhammadu are different names in legal parlance. Just like how Ebere and Mercy are two different names (despite the fact that Ebere is the Igbo version of Mercy). I know of someone who had issues in his workplace because an extra letter was added to his name mistakenly. Quite different. Let have this :"Ebele Okafor" and "Ebere Okafor" are the best examples. The names are not the same. |

ShowYourCertificate: She can write it on her notebooks if she likes but she can never write it on any official document. She's way too intelligent to commit such blunder. An additional letter or sign on a name changes it completely. In legal parlance, Sekinat is different from Sekinatu. Same goes for Mohammed and Muhammadu. Abökis are yet to understand a simple logic; no wonder the "semi-illiterate" General failed Mathematics in his non-existing WASC due to deficiency in elementary logic. In fact IBB was right. |

Shirley07: No be only logical, you go see lexical.. This remind me of a friend in school, all her documents has Sekinatu on it but you dares call her that. To her, the 'tuish' pronunciation of her name is Sekinat, she even write it on her notebooks. So, tell me more... Do you remember the case of the names in the Senate "Evan Enwerem" and "Evans Enwerem" in '99? |

Is INEC supposed to force people to go collect their PVCs?? I really don't understand these guys.
Jonathan shouldn't let his desperation get the best of him. He knows he's heading for defeat and has already rolled out plans to get Jega out of the way, and that is one of the purpose of this jaundiced reportage. Jega stays whether Jonathan likes it or not. I laugh in Burundi... |
