That's why I insist most arguing don't know what they're arguing about. Can affidavit be sworn based on assumption? |

Solupeace: I have been a federal civil servant now for fifteen years. I can categorically tell you without fear or favour the major problems facing Nigeria which are majorly two: Tribalism and religion.
I don't know your background, but believe me, any person that aspires to rule Nigeria must not be found wanting in any of these areas. These two vices have eaten deep into the nation's fabric that we need a detribalised Nigerian and someone not given to religion.
Buhari has failed woefully in these two.
Forget the "non-corrupt" mantra. Civil servants are the main people that perpetuate corruption and they can beat the politicians to it. I have seen a lot of things. If we can down play on ethnicity and religion, and ensure that who gets what is not dependent on that,Nigeria will be a better place.
Buhari has proven himself to be a religious zealot and pro-tribe, so he's not qualified. No be lie... |

presido1: The diff is that Islam is too violent so people will be afraid of what will happen if Buhari become too radicalised from those visits. As for Xtians, they are not violent at least they have not waged ant holy way or whatever in any part of Nigeria. In the sixties, seventies, eighties nobody will worry if Buhari or any Muslim leader visit imam or Allah but since some years back some bad muslim has created a bad name for the religion which make people to be weary of them. Two days ago I wanted to enter a bus from Brockley London to New cross, the driver of the bus was a muslim woman with full muslim regalia, the only place you could see of her is her eyes, I entered the bus but many people standing at the bus stop that rushed to enter stopped after noticing the driver. I entered but I wuldnt blame anybody that refused to. That is the society we live in now. If that bus driver had been a rev sister with their dressing people will not hesitate to rush in. Few bad once has ruined a peace loving religion. Fact !! |

MalcoImX: For me it has a connection. I am trying to relate that you don't understand what you quoted above: "My certificates are ...."Just say you can't interpret the statement for the fear that you would miss it. Not really, I know exactly what it means and what you intend to infer if I give you the exact. But no need running around circle until Buhari does the needful. |
Politics › Re: Buhari’s Supporters Are Silly And Unrealistic - Etcetera by Descartes: 12:02pm On Jan 31, 2015 |
MalcoImX: It doesn't. But like I tell you, you don't understand Buhari. Let me give you an instance, and if you interpret it correctly you won't have any problem with what he said. When he lost an election to OBJ, he said something like this: After May 29, they'd be no government in Nigeria.' This statement is not related to "My certificates are with the Military Board Secretary". Again, the dubious Statement of Result released to Premium Times, does it belong to Buhari? |
