It is true that the majority of mutations fall into the categories of either nearly neutral or harmful. Silent (neutral) mutations alter the DNA sequence but do not alter the amino acids encoded by the DNA sequence. This is due to built-in redundancy in the code (also referred to as degeneracy). What this means is that mutation cannot alter DNA and even when it tries to do that it is detrimental to the organism as 100 out of 100 times something would go wrong with it. So in general mutation is harmful and destructive.

Thus, one mutation on a DNA will result in the human being blind (no eyes), deaf, albino, deficient immune systems, have no teeth, etc

You most probably copied the first paragraph and erroneously conceived the second and last paragraph out of lack of indept knowledge on genetics and genomics.

There is nothing to confuse about. Abraham, Moses and other true prophets of God are in heaven. Muhammad's islam that take people to hellfire is not from the true God. Satan pretended as God of the Bible in the name of allaah to deceive mankind. He directly told his followers that they will end up in hell. But because muslims have been hypnotised they cannot see things as really as they are.

Why would God first send the faithful and unfaithful to hell for an indefinite number of years only to remove the faithful after much excruciating pains? Satan is a liar.

In Nigeria alone, the population is over 150 milllion with over 95% percent being theistic and religious. You cant argue that a highly significant percentage of crimes in Nigeria aint committed by these believers.
