It's been over one week since the main applicant got an empty NSF, after which there was no email nor decision for the family of four.

Please, I am worried.

Bio will be one month next weekend and Monday.

Please, I did my bio on July 22 and got an empty nsf on August 11th, exactly 15 working days after my bio.
Is it advisable to do an escalation call tomorrow?

If they sent an empty NSF then no additional documents is required just more time

If they needed a document it will come with the NSF you received

I am the main applicant for a family of 4. The empty NSF was sent to the mail I used for my own application, as I used different mail for us all.
1. Is it possible to request extra documents after sending an empty nsf?
2. If they need extra documents for any of my dependants, would they send them to their email or to me, the main applicant?

please after sending empty NSF, how long does it take them to request for more documents incase they need additional documents.

There is nothing wrong. It's an automated message to buy more time when they couldn't conclude an application within the stipulated time.

Please I need the list of required documents to be uploaded and how to categorise the documents /(main applicant, partner and the children.)
Also is there anywhere one will be required to upload any previous refusal letter

Dependants details are not really needed for CAS issuance. The focus is on the main applicant.

So it doesn't matter at CAS stage and yes you can apply together

Can the whole family apply together using two different accounts, both belonging to the main applicant.

I learnt that some schools refuse to issue CAS or delay insuring students who have previously been denied a visa. Who knows if Ulster is one of the schools that refuses to issue after a previous visa denial.

Please is it advisable to declare to school of any visa refusal, my agent told me not to as it will delay my CAS.. please I need help

I've already started my POF as the primary applicant, and it's been 20 days. This is what I want to use as the POF for the school.
