Business / New Business Idea by DesireInnerWear(f): 5:47pm On Apr 11, 2017
When I was in primary school, ice water ruled the day, not pure water.
We also had this colorful iced blocks tied in white nylons, made from the colorful balewa sweet, who remembers?

You melt the balewa in water, add sugar, pour inside nylon, put inside freezer, then sell it when it's blocked.
1N each.

Some call it condense ice cream.
Lol.

Welcome to my world.

Here's how I have been sustaining myself since January. ( I don't even want to talk about my previous hustling, lol).

But thank God I remembered this idea and innovated on it.

I reinvented it. Well not with balewa, but lots of other alternatives.

Truth is I started this business 3rd week of January this year, with just a meager 6500N and a govt school of 700 students, but by the time the term ended last week, I have 6 govt schools under my distribution.

That's like in just 11weeks.

And that's not even the whole of my LG o, I haven't even covered my entire LCDA sef.

Each school have a minimum of 700 students.

Daily I sell btw 400- 500 cones of 20N in each school school, my gain is about 10N.
That's 6schools for 5days.
Do the maths.

I am willing to teach the secrets of this trade, considering I don't even have the capacity to expand the way I want to.

I'm already eyeing other LGA.
But, I can't cover the whole Lagos state naa, abi?

So why not teach others?
Let me kuku train others, so they can also get busy instead of waiting for a job you're not even sure will b there the following day.

I have developed 10 different recipes for this home made Street Cones.
I have developed how you can package it for other events.

You will be amazed at what I will teach you.

You can start this business with any amount, you don't need a shop sef.

All you need is the determination to succeed. See, you don't even have to own the freezer, I will teach you what to do.

I have created different flavors.
I have the Cola baster ( made with coca cola).
I have the Coffe mix ( made with nescafe).
I have the sunny side ( made with fanta + nutriC)
I have....

If you want to learn so you can start making money, at least to get by daily, contact me on
Whatsapps - 08057318900.

The fee is just N5,000.

I realize that the more the people, the more money I will make, but I'm not looking for crowd.

All I need is just 20people to teach.

It's a first come first add thing.

Once the class is complete, I won't take again.

The class is online, Thursday 20th to friday 21 April.
Registration has started already.

I want to teach you before schools resume, so you know how to enter th market.

See you at the top.

Investment / Nairalanders, What Say You To Crowdfunding by DesireInnerWear(f): 8:59am On Apr 06, 2017
Goodmorning everyone.

Before today gets too busy for me, let me quickly drop this one here.

This CrowdFunding movement is not

- a multi level marketing or mmm

- it has nothing on Swiss gold or the likes.

- it is not a business venture.

- It is not for profit sake.

- there is no guarantee of an individual reward model yet.

So, what exactly is it ?

Good Question!

It is a Support Movement with one primary aim : to collectively support and fund ourselves as human being worthy of such.

I hope that's enough reason for you to participate.

I believe we can achieve more when we come together for a common goal and notable cause.

How does it work?

I don't have it figured out yet, but what I do know is it requires monetary commitment of as little as

(50N daily X 30days = 1500per person).

Every quarterly.

Suppose we are able to gather 1million people donate 1500 each

1,500,000,000N.

- from among the donors, we call for business ideas, plans, support etc

- there's selection.

- 3000 businesses can get 500K each.
( this is what I've been able to brainstorm up since yesterday)

This money will be used to help fund business ideas from amongst us.

Like I said, this is my suggested plan, perherps ,when I create a strategic team, we can come up with something better.

A team will be selected from amongst funders.

Nigerians, what say you?

Investment / Way To Go Naija by DesireInnerWear(f): 10:35pm On Apr 05, 2017
Lol.

So, I been asking myself... I hope I'm doing the right thing with this CrowdFunding.

That's because of the so many private conversations I've been having with interested participants.

Most of them laud the idea, some were already hinting dubious suggestions, others simply wanted to know what's in it for them.

Nigerians, sharp people. Lol.

Well, here's the big picture you choose not to see.

- As at 10pm today, Jamb hasn't been able to successfully register up to 200,000 candidates from the over 1.5million candidate expectations.
(A whole state with cross attached to their name went on campaign, carrying placards to raise millions of 30N votes for a certain housemate in bbn, meanwhile only 1.01% of over 90,000+ applicants have successfully registered for UTME in that state ).

- NYSC will soon be releasing new sets of Otondos into the job market, that's over 80,000+ to be cleared & discharged latest nextweekend, add that to an already overcrowded jobseeking market of almost 10million unemployed Nigerians, and you have a bursting at the seam 11million+ persons laying fallow. Ohk.

- hundreds of thousands of businesses are currently folding up or becoming a ghost of their former self, most have moved from creditors to debtors, they can't even restock their shops....

- Companies are equally folding up or downsizing, a Friend recently lamented to me that she goes home everyday not sure if her job would be waiting for her the next day. She don turn prayer warrior by force...

- People are depressed and committing suicide.

- Schools currently on hols, another school fees due in some weeks.

So if you're still wondering why you should join this cause, at least be part of something laudable for once.

I believe this is the way to go, let's CrowdFund someone's dreams, let's support someone idea, who knows.... they could be your next saving grace.

Wouldn't you rather join the movement?

My name is SeyiFunmi Ricketts.
Educator | Writer | Course Adviser | Entrepreneur .

I am the brain behind this one. I understand my name and all I stand for is at stake but I can no longer pretend not to care...

Guys, I heard that Bisola ( one of the housemates) younger sister stormed Unilag with recharge cards yesterday.... it's part of the winning strategy.

Imagine how much more money will be made this week again.

Well, I'm not hating, I just feel it's about time We Nigerians begin to do same for ourselves.

So, following their model, I started the CrowdFunding idea.

I'm currently gathering 1million Nigerians to pay 50N daily for all the 31days of May. See I don't have time for religious or ethnic sentiments, I want everyone onboard this thing. We can do it.

Do the maths.
Let's crowdFund 500 -700 innovative ideas by June 10th.

Then we begin another cycle by June 1st.

See, if we do this for the next 6months none stop, we would have Empowered a minimum of 3000 innovative ideas, which will....

It's time we citizens take our future in our hands.

See, I don't claim to have all the answers yet neither do I claim to have it completely figured out, but I do know how we can all begin.

It's not a perfect plan yet, but it's an amazing concept.

We will create an account with it, to be jointly supervised by elected members from amongst us.

Yes We can

Give it to 5 cooperate people beside your friends and ask them to give an honest opinion after use. Packaging is everything, then learn to identify your market niche. Best wishes

Thank you.

I took it to Unilag today and asked almost 20people opinion. They all gave me positive feedbacks.

I know the power of packing, but I'm worried it will make it more expensive.

Business / Check Out This Nairalander Big Business Idea by DesireInnerWear(f): 3:46pm On Nov 08, 2016
My people, una know as e be for this country naa, so I came up with this Fabric Freshener Idea.

Ohk, truth is It was inspired majorly by Responsibility. Looking at piling bills and bukata and the current economy situation, I decided to look around, there's got to be a problem I can solve that will be generating me income on a daily basis naa.... so,i thought and I prayed and I thought some more and I prayed and....

That exercise birthed some interesting ideas, and I'm currently executing the first one.

During the mixing process, I became excited at the thought of producing something this good for other people.

Responsibility changed to adding value.

So, here's it...

Increase your morale, boost your self esteem.

- I'm happy to tell you your clothes can now smell very nice thereby boosting your confidence and self esteem, what more, it's extremely affordable too.

Naija Very First affordable Fabric Fragrance & Conditioner.

- protects your clothe fabric.
- leaves a delicious long lasting smell on your clothes.
- pocket friendly price.

What do you all think?

I just finished with this formula. It's ready for use.

No o, lols... of course I intend putting a label round it naa.

Parents can buy it for their border children.
Students can readily afford it.

Infact, it's also ideal for end of the year package, party sourvernier, and lots more.

At least with this, I can never be broke again.

So Guys, what do you think of it?

I'm thinking of selling it at 150N.

Will be taking it to some stores around me but Retailers Wanted Nationwide.

Please all I need is constructive criticism.

Thank you.
