The state govt has handled it maturely by banning open grazing. It is up to the herdsmen to embrace education and advance their business like other farmers are doing. State govt controlls land and not the resource beneath it.

Their lands were destroyed and resource taken for the good of the whole nation unlike herdsmen whom are from outside Nigeria. The amnesty money is less than 1% of what goes out of the militating communities. Can the herdsmen pay for their 'govt' ranches? I doubt it.
