how does that affect the price of garri in the market?
Funny. We always ask how govt moves affect cost of garri for the common man.

if you don't know how government works then shut up! Buhari is president does not mean he knows everything. There is the head of service who is responsible for all civil servants, she is the one that has an explanation to give as to why/how the fugitive was reinstated.

Meanwhile, kudos to premium times who exposed this evil move. This is the kind of journalism we require to move this country forward.
Ha ha ha . . . I know how govt works (Buhari's inclusive). Since you subtly pass the blaim to C.O.S. Lets see what happens to him.

Useless propaganda article.

Politics › Re: Kaduna Refinery Dormant, Port Harcourt, Warri Producing Below 30% — NNPC by Desyner: 9:36pm On Oct 22, 2017
Blue3k:
You're argument hinges on disbelief. If you wish to maintain with tax money be glad your in good company with buhari. The fact we had bidders interested in participating in concession ofor oil already indicates private companies believe the refineries can be fixed and operate profitability.
Your argument hinges on assumptions. Assumption that somebody will be willing to buy a failing refinery. The power sector with no serious alternative has proven that there will be ignorant bidders. The refineries are dead and awaiting burial. Anybody investing in it isn't thinking clear enough.
Politics › Re: Kaduna Refinery Dormant, Port Harcourt, Warri Producing Below 30% — NNPC by Desyner: 8:45pm On Oct 22, 2017
Blue3k:
You don't get it because you don't see the pattern. How many times do the keep fixing without much improvement? If you believe the refineries can be fixed than someone would be willing to buy for right price. Any multinational company like G.E can buy it and run it.
The person buying it will have to believe and not the government. Once Dangote start operation the govt refinery will be some 16% of Dangote's refinery capacity at most.
Politics › Re: Kaduna Refinery Dormant, Port Harcourt, Warri Producing Below 30% — NNPC by Desyner: 8:28pm On Oct 22, 2017
DutchBruh:
They are intentionallly sabotaging the refineries so Dangote will have monopoly in the market.
"Intentionally sabotaging the refineries" since 1980s for Dangote? They must be the illuminati.
Politics › Re: Kaduna Refinery Dormant, Port Harcourt, Warri Producing Below 30% — NNPC by Desyner: 8:26pm On Oct 22, 2017
Blue3k:
Anyone that wants. Dangote refinery will stop need for import but the government will still waste tax dollars on fixes. It's better it goes.
Who do you think can and will buy outdated refineries and waste tax dollars on fixes ? I don't get you ?

Sell these stuffs
Blue3k:
Nigeria should just sell these refineries.
To who ?
Dangote refinery is going to put them to eternal rest soon.

You may have a point cos not everyone airing my views do it for good reason, but why lower the standard for their brother? In GEJ's time hunger was never a yardstick.

There is still insecurity and corruption but the northern youths ignored it. Why ?
Politics › Was There Hunger In The Land During Gej's Time? by Desyner(op): 5:28pm On Oct 21, 2017
The Arewa Youth Forum (AYF) have come out to claim Buhari's ability to tackle hunger in the land will be key in returning him to power in 2019.
I wonder if there was hunger in the land in 2015 when GEJ was massively rejected among the Arewa ''Youths''. Was there hunger in the land during GEJ's time, or what we are seeing is the usual subtle message to its youth anytime the northern elite want to lower the standard for one of their own?

So virtually all states are complaining of being understaffed but can hardly pay those already employed and yet some people don't want us to restructure. It is obvious our problem is greed and hate. Hatred for every other person.

Tim-Berners Lee wrote html, created a web server, and basically created the internet in 1991 as a side project. Linux was a 21 year old computer science student when he started writing the linux os. Again, not a paid job.

Retards are here boasting about writing at best CRUD applications, at worst Word Press plugins. Jeezus... in 2017...... cry cry cry
99% of foreign or American programmers too can't write those kinds of programs (linux, html).
