This address all the state Governments as well as the Federal Government. Public revenue is leaked away through overpriced Projects that do not address the immediate development needs of the people. Goverment should promote participation in needs assessment upon which budgets at all levels should be based. |
Islie:This addresses all State Governors as well. Public revenue that should have been invested in human capital development is leaked away from the economy through overpriced Projects that in no way relate to the immediate needs of the people. |
MODERN THEORY OF ELECTION FINANCING 1. Create a situation, eg kidnapping 2. Get some touts to front for negotiation 3. Get some officials to raise security memos justifying ransom 4. Release the money as quickly as possible It is legal. |
The Federal Government will not sign the Pan-Africa Continental Free Trade Agreement. Goverment sources say this will allow opportunity for Nigerians to contribute to the Agreement even though, the rest of the African countries may go ahead with the signing. Free Trade Agreement will benefit businesses in Nigeria if they are efficiently producing to be able to sale competitively cheaper in other countries. It can be disadvantageous to Nigeria businesses if goods from other countries have better market competitiveness to goods produced in Nigeria. The critical questions to address therefore include; 1. Is the productive sector in Nigeria ready for a Continental free Trade? 2. Is production in Nigeria at it's right level of efficiency for Nigeria made goods to be able to compete favourably in the Continental free market? The attempt to address these questions will best be executed by understanding the actual experience of businesses in Nigeria. Do you own a business or have an idea of how businesses are fairing? Share your views on how you may benefit or be disadvantaged by the potential free trade regime |
Sometimes the person we believe is our benefactor might just be the one who keeps you at that level |
seunmsg:If the spirit of good will to the public is touching them to begin to talk openly, it is a good sign that Nigeria will overcome it's present crop of political captors. It's a system beginning to implode. |
LORDOFAFONJAS:Not withstanding, it's a welcome Development. We rather should think about how those who got such in the past will refund |
My woman I am in a relationship with tells me off at the slightest provocation. I want your sincere opinion. 1. Do you think she truly loves me? 2. Would you want to continue with a relationship if your partner does this to you? Thank you for your feedback |
My hypotheses; 1. Where each state develops capacity to produce goods and services as endowed, Nigeria as it is presently constituted has consumption propensities adequate to be organized as a semi economic block. 2. Only where production activities are organized such that state/regions produce goods and services each state is most endowed that economic dependencies which will strengthen Nationhood will develop. 3. A political agenda drawn to develop intra-state/regional economic dependencies is necessary to promote acceptance among the people across ethnic, cultural and religious expressions in Nigeria. 4. The present political elite irrespective of the political parties do not have capacity to drive interstate economic dependencies in Nigeria 5. Unless the civil society comes together to define an agenda of change and mobilize the masses to achieve these dependencies, the political elite which is benefiting from the status quo will not change it's character and social and economic crises will continue to spread and one day Nigeria could suddenly be no more. 6. If interstate economic integration is achieved, poverty in Nigeria would be reduced drastically and more people will be gainfully employed, 7. If people are gainfully employed,, they would be busy about taking advantage of legitimate economic opportunities and there would be no one to fight religious, ethnic and cultural wars which some criminally explore to further weaken a failing system which they helped created for the purpose of exploiting the masses. 8. If inter-state/regional economic integration, justice and equity is achieved, Nigerians will be wealthier in Nigeria than they would be if the country separates. But agitations for separation will not go away if security of lives and the sanctity private enterprise is not guaranteed. |

Just like in crude oil exploitation, I doubt the government's Politcal will to seriously grow indigenous capacity to exploit non-oil minerals resources for the advantage of Nigerians. |

This should be the right time the UN should consider putting UN troops in that region. One can no longer place the victory over the insurgents claimed daily by the Nigeria military and the government Media outfit |

This is not the future of Nigeria I saw when growing up. How difficult is it for Nigeria as a Nation to agree to move forward? Issues like this (energy crises) show that the conspiracy against poor Nigerians which they call corruption certainly cannot be addressed with the smoothing approach we are currently seeing. The Ghana solution to corruption obviously is needed here. |
But it's negotiable |
What do you think is the best offer for this? |
But it's negotiable |
mikkycoins:Seriously, I have checked and seen that men that cheat on their wives do so not because they are happy doing it, they are making up for something missing in their wives. Most women tend to get horrible on realising their husbands cheat and then they loose it all. Those who tend make efforts to close the gap are usually happy at the end |
