CHAPTER FIVE
The tree before Leviathan slowly created an entrance, allowing Leviathan to walk into it. Inside the tree was a short table, a bamboo bed on the far end, he sat on the bed, and looked at the Emblem before and groaned, and slammed the emblem on the ground, everything it into pieces.
"He took everything from me, and replaced it with a fake " Leviathan groaned and held tight to his head.
"Fifty seven years in loneliness " a voice came before Leviathan.
Without looking up, he shot fireballs at the direction the voice had come from.
"Get out from here, I can handle myself" Leviathan said.
"And I was thinking, you'd welcome me with a pleasant tone "
"Esu, you abandoned me, tell me, how long have I being lifeless? "
"A hundred and ten" Esu replied and then continued "The gods made warrior gods rise more, and even for the first time, there was a direct grand god"
"Don't mess with my head, enough of your games, what do you want? "
Leviathan asked still holding tight to his head.
"The real emblem, I know where it is"

Remi flew into the cave, laying at the top of probably the highest hill, almost getting to the cloud, for a year and still counting, since he had left Ayenireti, he had used the cave as a perfect hideout, for him and his dragons.
He threw the bull on his shoulder to the ground, and gently patted the white dragon on the head.
"Roast that" Remi said as the dragon slowly growled and spitted fire at the dead bull.
"Enough, you're going to get it burnt again, like you did the last" Remi shouted and pulled the bull away from the fire.
"Where is Rain fire? " Remi asked, and sliced a piece and threw it in his mouth.
The dragon in response slowly raised and flapped it's wings gently, and moved it's head towards the bull, and sniffed at it.
"He went out again " Remi said and stood up in rage, standing at the edge of the cave.

Leviathan walked out of the tree, heard a familiar growl in the sky, he looked up and saw a dragon, bursting in and out of the cloud. He grinned and began following the dragon, constantly looking at the sky to make sure he didn't loss trail of it.

Rain fire entered into the cave, seeing Remi it snarled hard at him, and brought its tail forward above the head.
"I warned you never to go out " Remi shouted, as lightning cracked from his eyes. The dragon laid down it's head, with a sad expression and clinched on the side of the cave.
"There, you can eat that" Remi said and walked into the dark part of the cave.
"White fire is still a cool brother than you are" Remi said and rested on White fire.

Ewatomi returned back to the city already exhausted, but was also relieved knowing Remi was still alive, she also had seen the dragon and tried tracing it, but the speed of the dragon was no match for her horse.
"I lost it" She said and walked into the palace, with a burdened heart.

Leviathan stood right at the foot of a very high mountain, looking up, he wished he had the flight ability for the first time, hearing the growling of the dragons only made him more bitter. He moved back and fired two huge fireballs at the foot of the mountain.
Remi felt the cave shook, the first and then the second time, and jumped to his feet, he dashed to the edge of the cave, looked down and saw Leviathan, who also saw.
Remi quickly ducked his face as two fireball came up at him.
"Rain fire!! " Remi shouted and jumped on its neck "We have to leave now" He said and held tight to Rain fire's horn, and with one swift The dragons dived into the sky.

Leviathan groaned and with the speed of light he dashed after the dragon and with one bound, he leaped into the air, and threw fireballs at Fire rain. The dragon succeeded in dodging the first one, while the second one came at its wings, sending it off balance, Remi elevated into the sky, and also shot Thunderbolts at Leviathan, making both fireball and thunderbolts collide with each other, resulting into a loud bang.
"Both of you, get to Ayenireti, I will find you there" Remi said, still in the air.
Fire rain growled and spitted fire at Leviathan, though it died halfway before reaching ground, but was enough for distraction.
"Stubborn beast, get out of here" He said and made thunder cracked up his arms. Both dragons flapped wings unwillingly to go. "Go" He shouted and instantly they headed towards Ayenireti.
Remi dived down, making thunderbolt trail behind him, he had all his body covered with thunderbolt and struck Leviathan on the chest, making a huge sonic boom, and boring a deep hole into the ground, as the shock wave spread, the trees on it path, we're forcefully sent to the ground.
Leviathan flicked his finger, making four trees rise, with their root pointing towards Remi, he moved all fingers, and the trees with great speed, made their way at Remi.
Remi made a thunder shield, the first tree collided on it, and pulled him back a little before shattering into pieces.
"Impressive" Leviathan said
The second tree came for his feet, skillfully Remi, flipped into the air, rolling twice allowing the tree pass beneath him, he landed and made huge thunder bolts and jammed them together, making the other trees shatter.
He looked at Leviathan and grinned.
"You have skills" Leviathan said, and in an instance, he was right about five inches away from Remi and gave him a hard punch in the face, sending Remi distance off, and crashing against a tree.
Remi tried standing up, but his body denied him and he fainted. Leviathan walked up to him and carried his body on his shoulder and disappeared into the dark.

Leviathan felt his face, is solid as rock, at the same time it felt like clay, he looked at the sky and held tight to his head, as memory flashed through.
"Ire" He muttered and slowly began walking towards Ayenireti.
Leviathan covered his head with his dirty green hood, and mixed with the large number of people that entered into Ayenireti and continued towards the palace, he halted, perceived the familiar smell he knew, the aura of a True Blood, he smirked and continued towards the direction of the aura.

A young boy, probably in his early twenties, with his hairs plaited in rows and laid with cowries, cuddled hhimself at the right end corner of the hut, having his head in between his legs.
"Remi "a feminine voice called out and walked up to him, "none of it is your fault " the voice continued
Remi raised his head up, faking a smile and suddenly something caught his attention.
"The eggs " he said and crawled towards the white cloth that laid on the floor.
He heard a growling and snarling sound coming from beneath the cloth and slowly raised it up, and had a broad smile on his face.
"The eggs finally hatched" He said looking at the girl, and gently carried both beast on his hands.
"Come" he said and hurriedly went out of the hut.

Leviathan entered into a compound, having five different huts in a circular pattern and walked into the middle.
Remi ran into the compound, only to see all family members in fierce fighting pose.
"True blood" Leviathan said and looked at Remi "Give me those" He said again and stechted his hands.
A thunderbolt suddenly rushed at Leviathan who flicked his fingers making the thunderbolt go opposite direction.
"Ajanaku, do something" A man said, and adjusted the beads around his neck.
Ajanaku with the speed of light rushed at Leviathan, who responded in an instance by holding Ajanaku's hands and pinned his knees to the ground. Ajanaku tried channeling thunderbolts through his hands, only for it to retrace back into his veins and BOOOOM, Ajanaku was shattered to pieces.
"Remi get out of here now" The man with the beads around his neck shouted.
The woman among them rushed into one of the hut and brought out a sword, while another man had an arrow with burning flames on his bow.
"Remi, get Ewatomi out of here"
Remi held the girl hand and had his dragons in the other and began running away from the compound.
"Cover your traces" The man with the beads around his neck shouted again, making sure Remi could hear him clearly.
Leviathan moved his finger, making stones rise into the air, he flicked his fingers again and the stones suddenly had sharp edges, sharp enough to pierce the hardest metal.
"The end is here" The man said.
Leviathan shouted angrily and pushed his hands forward, allowing the stones to move with great speed and one after the other, his opponent fell face flat to the ground.

Remi suddenly halted among the woods, and tears trickled down his fafe.
"Ewatomi, go back to your mother" Remi said and ignored the tears.
"Impossible, I go with you"
"No, you stay, let your mother worry less, I will be back" he said and pushed Ewatomi towards another route that led to the village.
"Please be safe" Ewatomi said and ran as fast as her legs could carry her.
Leviathan sniffed into the air and gave out an agony Cry, the aura he followed was gone, he dipped his hand inside his cloth and brought out an emblem, gave another cry again and threw fireballs at all five huts in the compound, setting them ablaze.

CHAPTER THREE
Esu rrelaxed himself on the ground and groaned biting his lips as his wounds slowly began to heal, he looked at Leviathan and shook his head and spoke.
"Nothing in the world can stop him" Esu said and watched as his arms healed slowly. "He has the weapon of creation, Obatala's pride " Esu said and smiled at Leviathan.
"What next? " leviathan asked and looked at his dragon as the joyfully had a large piece of meat between it jaws.
"Nothing" Esu said and disappeared.
"Good, the devil shouldn't be trusted" Leviathan said and went into his hut and cane out with a green cloth around his neck, and used the hood to cover his face.
As he ran toward his dragon, a thunder Bolt suddenly sent him off balance, making him roll hard on the floor. He raised his head and saw Ire standing distance away with the staff in his hand. Another shot came forward, Leviathan jammed his hands on the ground, and rolled into the air, avoiding the thunderbolt.
The dragon snarled and breathed fire at Ire, who rolled his staff, gathering force of wind and threw it at the fire. The wind covered the fire and splited it into two halves.
Leviathan jumped off dodging the fire that came at him, the second fire was too fast for the dragon to avoid, within the blink of an eye, the dragon was turned to ash.
Leviathan threw thunderbolt furiously, at Ire, who used the staff to path way and continued working towards Leviathan. Ire jumped into the air and used the bottom of the staff to jam on Leviathan's chest, and still used it to pin him down.
"Finish it" Leviathan said and spitted blood from his mouth.
"That will be mercy, am binding your soul to the earth" Ire said and began chanting some odd words, Leviathan's body began to turn into a solid mud, as the earth slowly began to cover him up, gradually, Leviathan's body was buried into the ground.
CHAPTER FOUR

The moonlight shone brightly, the only sound that could be heard in the woods was that of cricket and constant howling of wolves and strange noise.
"No one is allowed to hunt on this part of the wood" The hunter that followed behind said and they laid in wait for the right time to strike.
"That's why we will be fortunate, imagine the big bulls we would hunt down " The other said adjusting his gun.
"Let's split up"
Both hunter's went seperate direction, the first hunter switched off his head halogen torch and based his movement if instinct, from afar he sighted a deer, about three times bigger than the ones he had hunted.
"Olorun o" He muttered and moved forward so as to gain lesser distance, to make the fire power of his gun have more hit.
As he moved, he scratched his leg against a thorn which made him bleed, a drop of blood let off and he felt the ground rumble softly beneath him, he tried taking another step, only to discover his legs were stuck. Fear griped him as he felt a had crawl up his leg, he tried to scream but it seemed his voice track was lost, he fell to the ground and slowly life creeper out of him, as his body began to look skinny and in an instance it dried off.
Another figure rised from the ground, having dirty green cloth around it's neck, the figure faced the direction ofhe moon and let out a very loud screech

CHAPTER TWO
Ire stood before the king, avoiding gaze with him, the King also sat on his throne, still was unable to comprehend the warrior god's explanation and finally he spoke.
"You lossed the Binding emblem, and you think it's a matter to be treated with levity" The King said softly and rised "You should only return back to this city when you have Jagunlabi's head" He said and walked past Ire.

Leviathan tossed the emblem up and opened his palm expecting it to drop, he looked up and saw the emblem was suspended in mid air, he looked behind him and smiled on seeing Esu.
"That, combining it with its brothers can make you the most powerful "Esu said and snapped his fingers, and the emblem dropped to the ground.
"I know" Leviathan said and bent down to pick the emblem
"Where is the big guy? "Esu asked and appeared beside leviathan.
"Hunting"
Thunder began to strike in the sky for about three minutes, and it later died down, Leviathan looked at Esu, confused about what is on.
"What's that, I know it's not ordinary " Leviathan said and looked at Esu who had no puzzled look
"Someone has invoked the gods" Esu said and turned to Leviathan "The gods are now involved" Esu said began to dissolve into shadow.
"Where are you going? " Leviathan asked, seeing Esu was slowly fading away.
"Getting prepared, anyone invoking the gods has to be stopped now" Esu said and the shadow he turned into bolted into the sky and moved at a fast pace towards the East.

Ire held a calabash with him, which brought out smoke from inside, standing right outside the border s of Ayenireti, with his chest bare.
"The one you chose, has now turned on you, and his duties, strengthen me, join forces with me to pull him down " Ire said and slowly he began to bring the calabash on his hand to the ground.
"Don't drop it" A voice suddenly said before him.
Ire looked forward, and felt relieved seeing the King before him, with three other soldiers he knew and others coming out from a nearby bush, probably the King had gone to inspect the borders as it was his doing.
"Your highness" He said and stood upright "I have to complete the ritual"
"No, let Leviathan come back to his sense, you know we can't hunt whom the gods had chosen"
Ire paused still and knew something was wrong, he moved a step backwards and quickly dropped the calabash to the ground
"Accept this offering" He said and dived towards his sword.
The calabash broke into pieces and the smoke rised up into the cloud and another thunder stroke.
"I never told you, he know bears Leviathan, who are you" Ire asked, and swayed his sword.
Black fumes slowly gathered out of the soldiers and entered into the King, and he gradually changed into Esu.
"Esu, I should have known" Ire said and dashed towards Esu screaming.
A force suddenly sweeped him off the ground and slammed him on the ground. IRETI groaned and channeled out his beast soul, which had the look of an elephant with a horn on its fore head, the tusk had long spikes on them. The least soul rammed Esu so hard, Esu was forced to the ground, he coughed hard and suddenly disappeared seeing the thunder Bolt that was charged at him.
Ire felt a sharp cut on his shoulder, he turned back and again another one came again, making him fall on his knees.
"Shoe yourself and fight with honor" He said and a thick smoke suddenly stroke him on the chest and pulled him down, strangling his neck.
Ire struggled to break free, but it proved vain, the more he struggle the more pain he felt, his eye lids slowly began to close, as his fave seemed to had swollen up, he spouted spit from his mouth and tilted his head sideway.
Ire's hand began to shine and slowly a staff began to form on his right hand, he struggled to open his eyes and with his last strength he stamped the staff on the ground, a very bright light immediately came out from the staff and stroke the black smoke that choked him, making it disperse.
Ire used the staff for support and the light died down the black smoke gathered and turned into Esu, who was already clinching tight to his shoulder, and on his face was white liquid pouring down on his face.
"Obatala's staff" Esu said and snarled.
Ire held the staff on his hands pointing the round head at Esu and a thunder Bolt came out from it and before it could hit Esu, he disappeared

Detective makinde sighed sitting at the edge of the bed, his wife beside him.
"It's normal to be scared, but there is solution to everything " Mrs Makinde said and placed her left hand on his shoulder.
"How?, I thought of playing hard until I discovered the Man was harder"
"Play your role and investigate, I know how to keep the girl safe, even in plain sight" Mrs Makinde said reassuring her husband and gently laid on the bed, as her husband looked at her confused as at how confident his wife was.

A knock came at Amina's door the next day, the door slowly came opened, and Mrs Makinde walked in,She sat on the bed, feeling impressed by how neat Amina had kept the room.
"Good news, you are staying, but we have to do something, hope you don't mind, if your hair is on low cut and God knows I love those set of blue eyes, but we will be needing to change them" She said, smiling at Amina.
Amina wiped off the tears that trickled down her face and walked up to Mrs Makinde and suddenly hugged her tight, it seemed she would break Mrs Makinde's bone into pieces.
"You're welcome"
"Thanks mom" Amina said and slowly released the hug.

Detective Makinde opened the piece of paper with him, looked at it and threw it at the dashboard of his car and took a right turn, he drove for another three minutes before he alighted his car and put on a blue face cap, and continued down the street. He felt someone pull his cloth from behind and he looked back only to see a little boy in tattered clothes and stretching out a bowl to him, he looked for a while and dipped his hands in his pocket retrieving a fifty naira bite and dropped it in the bowl, the boy smiled and brought out a picture from his pocket and stretched it to her.
Detective Makinde sighed in seeing Amina's picture with the boy, he looked at the boy again and nodded before walking off.

Mrs Makinde opened the medium size shopping back and brought out different stuffs from it one after the other.
"Here, this is a contact lens, black, make sure this is always on your eyes, we'll change it every month" She said and helped Amina fix the lenses into her eyes
"Go and take your bath, get those trimmed hair off you, freshen up and try on you uniform, we'll get ready for school tomorrow" She said and continued to return the clothes into the bag and handed the over to Amina.
"Remember, your name has been changed, at least for the main time, till Mallam Yisa is brought to justice" She said and watched as Amina walked up the stairs to her room.
Mrs Makinde retrieved her phone from her bag and dialled her husband's number.
"Hello hun " She said and paused for a while and continued "Good job, the serial killer case is now done for, hope your partner is doing fine" She paused putting up a smile on her face.
"well, my friend who is a nurse did the birth certificate and I already got her a local government of origin certificate also, yes, I trimmed her hair, bought her contact lenses, and please do well not to call her Amina in public better still anywhere, I changed her name to Moyosola, please come home safe, love you" Mrs Makinde said and hanged up the phone.

Jagunlabi fired two fireballs from his hands, pushing his hands backward a little, the two magicians stretched their hands forward, and began chanting words while their eyes were becoming white, dust began to raise in the air, and slowly it began to grow wild, Jagunlabi fired again, Ire, clapped his hands together, making a shield round him and others, Jagunlabi dashed with super speed, closing against the shield in order to break it, but was thrown some few meters away, the whirlwind sucked him in and slammed him on the ground.
The dragon growled angrily and slammed it's tail on the shield, Ire was forced to his knees, and grinned clinching his teeth on his lips, he still struggled to keep the shield up, the dragon raised its tail up again and before it could bring it down the witch in their midst packed sand from the ground, and blew air from her mouth at the sand, the sand flew out from the shield and turned into a large human, almost getting to the sky, it raised a leg and attempted to smash it, the dragon quickly poured out fire from its mouth at the feet of the sand man, making it melt to the ground.
It growled and raised its tail up and smashed it on the shield, sending everyone under it into different parts. Jagunlabi jumped out of the whirlwind and dashed towards one of the magicians and ripped his head of his body, he dashed again to the other magician and punched him with fireball on the chest.
The dragon screeched loud and poured out fire from its mouth at the witch, she rolled her hands in a circular motion, making the fire divide into parts, while she was in the centre and strained hard to keep the defense.
Ire slowly stood up, Jagunlabi held him by the neck and raised him up.
"Why do you hunt me, I thought we are friends, I thought we swore never to betray each other" Jagunlabi said still having his hand on his neck.
"Jagunlabi, we might be friends, but I can't sit down and let you destroy our lives" Ire said and shone the emblem with him at Jagunlabi.
Jagunlabi threw him far off, and the emblem fell of Ire's hand.
The witch began to sweat profusely, her strength began to fail her, the dragon seemed to be able to spot out fire for eternity, she gradually loosed strength and collapsed, immediately the fire devoured her, even to the ash.
"Jagunlabi is dead, my name is Leviathan " Jagunlabi said and picked the emblem from the ground, he walked towards his dragon, and climbed on its back from the head.
"You have started a war you can't win" Leviathan said and turned the head of the dragon, holding tight to the horns.
"I will still hunt you with my last breath" Ire said and watched as Leviathan's dragon dived into the sky.

Detective Makinde, slowly opened the file, studying the case while leaning on the counter
“alright sir, can you describe the girl” The Lady said now concentrating on Mallam Yisa.
“Dark in complexion, blue eyes, 13 years, she has an average body weight” Mallam Yisa said constantly rolling his eyes, trying to get the perfect description.
Detective Makinde raised his head up, to have a better look at Mallam Yisa, he studied Mallam Yisa taking note of his description and his looks, and then looked at the Lady who was busy jotting down the description Mallam Yisa gave her.
“Alright Mallam, we’ll be needing 24hours before we can get to work on this case” The lady said calmly
“24 hours is too much, I will pay any amount for you to begin search immediately” Mallam Yisa said feeling unease.
“I will take the case” Detective Makinde said and slid the file with him to the lady.
“Sir, this case will certainly bring your promotion, why this one of a missing girl” The lady asked feeling confused.
“You can take up this case, you need promotion better than I do” He said and then faced Mallam Yisa
“I will begin today, I know there is more to this case, my instinct tells me child slavery” Detective Makinde said and smiled at Mallam Yisa.
Mallam Yisa tried faking a smile, and over did it, he widely opened all his teeth, exposing how burnt they were and stretched his hands for a handshake
“Follow me” Detective Makinde said and continued “I still have questions of my own to ask” He said and lead the way to his personal office.

Mrs Makinde parked her car at the hospital parking space and helped Amina pull off her seat belt and they both alighted the car.
“Sit here” She said to Amina pointing her to an empty seat in the hospital’s reception, she greeted the nurses and entered into one of the office. After about thirty minutes she came out again, this time with a sad face. She signaled to Amina to follow her and walked directly to her car, she placed her head on the steering, sighed heavily and brought out her phone, and placed it on her ear.
“Honey, it happened again” She said and busted into tears, she noticed the curious look on Amina’s face and slowly wiped her tears
“Don’t worry, all is well” Mrs Makinde said, looking at Amina and tried putting up a smile on her face “Let’s get you better clothes from the boutique” She said and ignited her car.

Amina laid her bed neatly, swept the room and slowly laid on the bed, feeling the softness, then she heard the gate open and a car drove in, she peeped from the window and saw it was Mr. Makinde and she immediately bolted out of the room to welcome him.
Detective Makinde, made himself fall hard on the chair and sighed lightly, he looked at his wife and the at Amina, who handed him a cup of chilled water she brought from the fridge.
“Thank you” He said and smiled at her, he wondered how Amina nature was overwhelming, someone from the Almajiri home.
“Amina, please go to your room, I have something to discuss with him” Mrs Makinde said slowly and sat down opposite her husband.
“She can stay, this matter also affects her, if she will be staying with us” Mr Makinde replied..
“Well” Mrs Makinde said and gave a long pause “I had another miscarriage” She said and broke into tears, trying to avoid eye contact with anyone.
Mr Makinde walked up to her, sat near her and placed her head on his chest, and slowly patted her on the shoulder.
“Maybe its not the right time yet, we are medically fit, so you should not worry about little issues like this” He said trying to be supportive
“Let me worry, five years now, I still don’t have one to call a child, even if it died a week after birth, it would have been better than not having at all” She said this time sobbing loudly.
“Shhhhh, all is well, we just have to try again, and also be prayerful, nothing is going to make me leave you, we will both fight this together” He said and after hours of consoling she finally got comforted.
“One Mallam Yisa came to report a missing girl at the station today, the description perfectly matches Amina” He said and looked at her.
“He is the one” Amina said and looked another direction
“You have to go back” Detective Makinde said with a sad tone.
“Are you serious, let her go back to that monster and continue to beg on the street, only God knows what he is going to do to her, if she goes back” Mrs Makinde shouted at the top of her voice.
“You know how this country runs, only the powerful rules, and this man has links to top people in this country” He blurted out and stood to his feet, “Trying to put this man to justice is like a suicide mission” He said and walked out of the living room.
“Amina, go to your room, he is only scared, we will resolve this tomorrow”.

Jagunlabi threw a piece of meat at the beast before him and it gladly chewed it up and wag it's tail joyfully. Jagunlabi looked at it, admiring it's strong wings, the body fully covered with strong scales.
The dragon suddenly rised to its feet, and turned towards the right, and growled softly.
"Calm, he is a Friend" Jagunlabi said and placed his hand on the beast.
"I see you have gotten a dragon, a leviathan, you know every True Blood gets one when they are about facing a great challenge" Esu said and walked pass the dragon.
"You said Leviathan was part of the names you bear why did you just call this beast a leviathan? " Jagunlabi said, looking suspiciously at Esu.
Esu turned his back and smiled at Jagunlabi
"They liken me to it, a furious beast, that burns everything on its part, a beast that it wings blows strongly and is glorious in the sky, an almost impenetrable beast" Esu said and made his eyes flash red.
"Leviathan, I actually like that name" Jagunlabi said and smiled. "Why are you here? "
"The hunt has began " Esu said and vanished.
"I hate it when he does that, what kind of hunt? " Jagunlabi asked confused by the statement.

Jagunlabi turned and walked towards his hut, and he suddenly felt weak, his eyes were dizzy, his feet were too heavy to lift, he fell to the ground and mumbled some words, he noticed footsteps behind him, and next was his dragon roar and his eyes closed.

Jagunlabi felt the rush of wind and he opened his eyes, and discovered he was on his dragon's back, in the air.
"Bind spell" Jagunlabi said, when it dawned on him what happened.
"Turn back " He said and held tight to his dragon, he was filled with rage and bitteredat heart.
He jumped off the dragon,diving in the sky...THUUUDDDD! He crashed on the ground, boring a hole in, and intercepted his hunters.
"The predator is now the prey" He said and walked out of the share, while his dragon screeched behind him.
Ire and the others alighted their horses, fully alerted.
"Kill anybody" Jagunlabi said to his beast and threw three sets of thunderbolts at his opponents.

The council of elders meeting heated up with arguments from the elders, the King sat still looking confused and finally spoke.
"The only way to stop Jagunlabi from ruining us, is to hunt him first" The king said.
"No, that'll be stupid of us, a prophecy only comes to pass, if acted towards, us hunting him will fuel his anger the more" An elder said trying to make others reason with him.
"Ifamofe, tell them what you saw" The king said looking at Ifamofe, who stood still all this while.
"A war is coming, Jagunlabi will feast on our blood all, in the revelation, I saw him combined all the emblems together, I saw him lead an army of dead, I saw him sitting on the throne" Ifamofe said, looking at the elders one after the other.
"My Lord, allow me with three of our best magician and two of our witches" The warrior god said, placing his right hand on his shoulder.
"There are better way to settle issues" An elder said, making sure he was heard.
"No better way, than to kill him before he kills us, do as you wish warrior god" The king said and rised from his throne.
"I won't be part of this madness, we are only putting the future of our children at risk" The elder that spoke first said and walked out angrily.
The King stood still, looking at the elder that walked out, and spoke.
"Double the security on the emblem, and triple the security at the entire palace " He said and walked out and one after the other, the elders dragged their feet out of the palace.

Jagunlabi, filled his sword, sitting on bare ground, he concentrated on the filling as he whistled, he admired the sword, and then channeled thunderbolt into it. He heard a strange loud screeching from the woods and quickly stood to his feet, then another strange noise again.
"That's probably not of any animal I know" He said and bolted into the woods.
He stopped as he got nearer to the sound and lessened his pace, slowly he advanced, he pulled down a leaf to make him see ahead, his eyes opened at what he saw.
The beast before him, struggled to free itself from under the fallen trees it was trapped under, it wriggled its tail but it proved futile, and it screeched again. Jagunlabi slowly walked out of hiding, seeing this giant lizard, with strong tails, and a hard body, dark as soot, he walked forward and stood in front of it. The beast angrily spitted fire from its mouth at Jagunlabi, who stood still and slowly the fire died down, Jagunlabi sneezed hard, as his body cooled off, and smiled at the beast.
"I'll free you one only one condition " He said looking at beast that lowered it's head before him.
"Good"

The warrior god say on his horse, and received his spiked club from the servant that held it, behind him were three orthers, two magicians and a witch.
"Ire " The king called out and walked up to the warrior god and he got very close to the horse "Make sure you kill him, only that sword emblem can kill a true blood" The king said and squeezed something into Ire's hand.

The King stood right in the center of the shrine, surrounded by the status of the gods they served, he looked at the emblems in his hands and smiled and gently laid them on the ground, he drew a circle round it and just them someone entered.
"Your highness, you shouldn't be in the shrine without my concept"
The King rised up and looked at who spoke, seeing the Chief priest, he smirked and picked up the emblems.
"Ifamofe" The king said, and suddenly shook his head and looked down.
"How did this emblems got out of the palace" Ifamofe asked and picked them up and faced the King.
"I don't know truly, I don't know I just suddenly saw myself here "
"Your highness, have you been putting one of these in your room" Ifamofe asked looking suspicious and continued "This only works with the rightful owner, you can't just toy with what does not belongs to you"
"What's wrong if we have more power, rising at the top of the survival chain" The King said pacing round the shrine.
"Our warrior god is enough"
"No, he isn't, what if he decides to come against us, none of us, not even the warrior god can stop him" The king said and when he heard no reply he looked back only to see Ifamofe dangling in the air, with his eyes glowing white, and suddenly he dropped to the ground.
"What did you see? " The King asked kneeling down near Ifamofe who panted heavily on the ground.
"Jagunlabi" Ifamofe said, sweat dripping off his face, he looked at the king with a troubled face.

Jagunlabi knelt down before fire he made, spreading his hands above it to keep himself warm from the chilled night breeze, he sighed lowly and stood up, walked inside his hut and came out with a piece of meat in his mouth, he chewed slowly at knelt down before the fire again.
He felt a presence behind him and spoke.
"Don't you have better things to do than to stall me all night" He asked and put up a smile.
"Huhn" Esu replied and in an instant he was opposite Jagunlabi.
"What do you want? "
Esu waved his hands into the air, immediately with the movement of his hands, a thick fume followed and it slowly turned red
"Look closely " Esu said to Jagunlabi.
Jagunlabi knelt down fully and stared at the fume, he saw himself being tied to the ground, again he saw himself leading a large army of skeleton, next he was being chanted upon, and the ground slowly covered him up
Jagunlabi fell on his back, gasped and then began panting heavily, and slowly stood up.
"What was that? "
"The earlier you know, your people are scared of you, they will sentence you to dust, raise army against you, pull you to the ground, they consider you a threat" Esu said and stood up
"You are on your own now " He said and began walking into the woods.
"Wait, I will be needing your help, please" Jagunlabi said, with a sad countenance

Jagunlabi uprooted a tree in the woods and gently laid it down, he sighed heavily and angrily punched into the tree, making it shatter into parts. He filedthe edges with his hands, and placed it into the hole he dugged, little by little he completed his wooden hut. He sat on the bare ground, and looked into the sky, the wind looked to be still for a moment, Jagunlabi looked behind him, and saw a familiar figure standing meters away.
"What do you want, you have successfully chased me away from my place of comfort" He said and placed his head inbetween his legs.
"I didn't chase you, you people seemed to be tangled in culture and religion, they are too blind to see and too dumb to reason" The figure said still maintaining its position.
"Just walk off"
"Come let me show you something "
"Esu has nothing good to offer " Jagunlabi replied.
"So they say, let me show you who I really am" Esu replied and instantly was standing before Jagunlabi and sat beside him.
"Do you know why Eledumare Casted me off from heaven" Esu asked and leaned on the hut.
Jagunlabi looked at him and looked away again.
"Eledumare decided we were not enough, so he made you humans, and placed them high over us, he cherished them more than we made of precious stone, he made them govs over u, we must do their wish, we must serve them, and all. Eledumare didn't stop there, he made us all bow before the first human he created, he made us sing their praises, worst he made me bring forth light before them" Esu said and suddenly his voice began to break.
Jagunlabi looked at him and saw tears running down Esu's face. Taken by surprise, whatever made Esu, a whole god cry, would be true.
"Then I rebelled, I was Casted down for fighting for my right, I was disbanded for speaking up, I was called by many names throughout the world, Esu, Accuser, Demon head, Leviathan, name it all blames Now fall on me, nobody thought that something would had me rebelled " Esu said and turned into dark fumes and ascended into the sky.

Evil was not born in a day
It's either it was breeded

CHAPTER ONE
The council of elders gathered around, vital issues is the only thing the bring them together like this and this situation wasn't just anyone, it was something they had to deal with.
"Jagunlabi, is it true you have been discussing with Esu? " The king asked, comfortably seated on his throne, having two lion heads designed in both arms.
Jagunlabi stood in the midst of the council as all eyes fell on him.
"Yes your highness" He replied and faced down.
"You are of True Blood, why do you want to betray us"
"It's not that, I won't do such thing, just ones have I talked with him, and that's all"
The King rised up from his throne and walked closer to Jagunlabi, he placed his hands on his neck beads and ripped it off.
"You are ripped off, Casted out of Ayenireti, we know you not and you don't know us, never will you ever associate yourself with Ayenireti, the warrior god, will take up your duty, the witches will do your job and our magicians will defend us" The King said and pushed Jagunlabi on his chest.

Jagunlabi stepped out of the village boundary with nothing on him, only his clothes he had on, escorted by the warrior god and two other magicians.
"You know I mean no harm" Jagunlabi said looking at the warrior god and then to the other magicians.
"You know the rule, and you over stepped them" the warrior god replied and looked at the magician. They both stepped forwardsanf stretched their hands forward and said some chants, and a fire formed before them and Jagunlabi, and died down.
"Go your way" The warrior god said and turned his back.

A lanky man stood before a reasonable large number of kids, with whip in his hands, his whitish beards on his skinny face, made the angry expression on his face much more devilish, looking from one row to another, he slightly adjusted his round cap on his head and twitched his mouth.
“Where is Amina?” He asked and flipped the whip, making it lash into the air.
The children stood frightened, and had puzzled looks on their face.
“I ask again, where is Amina?” This time with a lot more commanding tone.
The door that led to the yard came open as another lanky man walked in, and gestured to the man with the whip to come closer.
“Mallam Yisa” He said and waited till he got nearer and spoke. “Amina ran away, she didn’t return with the other kids, and you know that spells lot of trouble for us, especially you” He said and looked at the scary expression on Mallam Yisa’s face.
“She does not know her way around, hunt her down and kill her” Mallam Yisa said “I don’t want any kid to spoil business for me or bring the law on me” He added and walked back to the kids.

Amina folded her arms together around her chest, the freezing cold of the night, wasn’t helping matters, She stopped and sat down beside a dust bin container, then stood up again and began searching for what to eat in it, hoping luck would shine on her. After what seemed like eternity, she finally made out something to eat and didn’t hesitate before putting it in her mouth, anything to suppress the hunger.
“Hey you” a thick voice suddenly said behind her, making her drop the junk with her and gripped with fear, she slowly turned to face the person that spoke.
“Are you okay” the man asked and slowly walked towards her, and removed his police cap and knelt down before her.
“Are you lost?” He asked again and placed his hands on Amina’s shoulder
Amina stood motionless, she couldn’t find the courage to reply to any of the question.
“Come” he said and carried her on his arms.\

Amina felt her body on soft material, she slowly opened her eyes, only to see herself in a little cozy room, well furnished, the interior design was mind blowing, she got off the bed and slowly opened the door. She stood for some minutes, before advancing, towards the stairs.
“Do you know anything about her?”
Amina heard the voice and stood still.
“No, she is probably a victim of Almajiri” Another voice spoke out again.
Amina finally got to the end of the stairs and looked at both the man and woman.
“Good morning” She greeted with no particular expression on her face.
The man looking startled looked at Amina and slowly walked up to her.
“Morning” He said and handed her the cup of tea with him.
“Thank you, but I don’t take sugar” Amina replied and pushed back the tea cup slowly.
“Uhnm” The man said looking surprised and found his voice track again.
“I’m Makinde, a detective” He replied and pointed to the woman “That’s my wife”
Amina looked at her and smiled, before locking her hands into each other.
“Sit” He said, ushering Amina to the only red cushion chair in the living room. And continued.
“Yester night what happened”
“I ran off the Almajiri home, I was trafficked into this city, after my village was invaded by armed men, they sold us to slave traders that later sold us in the city” Amina replied and clinched tight to her stomach.
“You’re hungry” Detective Makinde’s wife said, with a smile on her face, and walked towards the kitchen door.

Mallam Yisa, entered into the NPF and walked straight to the officer on duty, he smiled at the lady, revealing his brown set of teeth, probably stained by too much tobacco or smoking.
“I want to report a case of a missing girl”

Strange noise came from the sky, Leviathan looked up seeing, metals like bird in the air, about hundred of them.
"Weldone boys" General Luke shouted and raised his gun up.
The fighter plane, hovered around the battle ground.
"What's that? " Leviathan asked confused.
"You death" Remi said and together he and Ewatomi gave Leviathan an uppercut on the jaw, sending him distance backward.
Two helicopter remained static in the air, as ropes were thrown down and heavily armed men, slid down the rope.
"Team scorpion, go, go, go, go"
"All heads above, seventy and jack"
Remi threw thunderbolts at the skeletons that hooked White fire on the wings and broke off the harpoons. And flew towards General Luke.
"What's that" Remi asked him.
"Guns of glory " He replied and waved his hand in the air.
The men that dropped from the helicopter made their way towards General Luke, and saluted him.
"The dragons, are with us" General Luke said seeing the armed men's, aiming their guns at white fire.
Fire rain growled in the air, trying to break free, seeing this white fire took off.

Leviathan leaped to the front of the line before his army, and grinned and began to run forward, with his sword as red as coal.
The planes flew over Leviathan's army, dropping huge rockets on them, which exploded in their midst, scattering them into different places.
"Rain rain rain fire, Drake and Jack do you copy"
Getting guns popped down beneath the planes, and rotated as straight fire came out of it at Leviathan's army.
Remi pushed Leviathan hard on the chest and ripped off the skull on his chest, and punched him, Ewatomi grabber Leviathan by the cloth and wiped him on the ground.
"You have lost this war" Remi said and placed his hands on the emblem.
"Argh " Remi shouted, as his hands caught fire as it came in contact with the emblem.
"just a very simple spell" Leviathan replied and nodded Remi on the head.
Ewatomi held him by the cloth again and punched him at the back, making him stagger.

Fire rain clawed the skeletal dragon by the tail, while fire rain held it by the head, an FM they flew in opposite direction, breaking the dragon into pieces. The second dragon flew angrily towards them, just then a plane flew above it dropping a grenade inside the skeletal frame, and the boom shattered it into pieces.
----
Remi fired thunder Bolt at leviathan, making the right part of his face, crack off. Ewatomi pinned him to the ground and grinned looking at Remi.
"Do it"
Remi placed his hand on the emblem, ignoring the pain, he screamed and clinched to it, and slowly pulled it off screaming loudly
"STOOOP" leviathan shouted with the little strength in him.
"Shut up" Ewatomi screamed and banged his face.
ARRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH!! Remi shouted, as he pulled the emblem off, his hands began to scale off.
Remi finally pulled the emblem off and BOOOOOOOOOMM!! A loud bang came as he removed the emblem, sending sonic wave throughout everywhere, as the boom moved, it rooted down everything on its part, both great and small, the planes in the air, blew off, one after another. The shock sent Remi off, a different direction from Ewatomi, the dragons losses balance in the sky, rolling uncontrollable.

A bleeping sound came from nowhere in particular, Remi opened his eyes, at first everything was blur, he shut his eyes and opened it again, before letting a groan.
"He is awake" A feminine voice said.
Remi finally saw everything clearly, a fair lady before him, dressed in white, he hairs neatly packed, she held a book with her with different pens from her breast pocket. Remi looked at his side, different ropes entering into his body, then he looked the other side towards the window, his eyes widened seeing tall, gigantic building, he heard strange noise, he knew something was wrong.
The door opened wide as three people in white ran in.
"Can you hear me? " the Man among them asked.
"Did Leviathan die? " Remi asked and struggled to sit himself up.
"Who is Leviathan?, he is in good state, check his vitals"
Remi noticed a hanging board and stared at it.
"2015" He said and sat up, pulling the ropes off his body." Since when have I been here" he asked and stood up, then staggered and collapsed on the bed.
"I don't know how long, I have been working here for twenty years, and I met you here" the doctor replied calmly and laid Remi back on the bed.

Ewatomi grabbed a skeleton army while still on her horse and flinged it back, making it crash into other skeletons.
A thunderbolt suddenly threw her off from the horse, before she could fall to the ground, another struck her again. She coughed hard and elevated into the sky, the thunderbolt came again and she quickly dodged it. She saw a mirage of someone and then the shadow. She bolted towards the shadow and pushed into the air. The ground made a crack before her,and before her was a man bleeding on his head. She raised him up and cracked his neck, and flinged the body at a skeleton that ran towards her.

General Luke withdrew his gun from the belt and fired at the approaching skeletons, he muffled angrily, as the numbers seemed to increase the more they died, he brought out a grenade from his pack and threw it in the midst of the skeletons, the blast had a massive effect, throwing skeletons into different direction.
"How much gold does that thing cost" Ayenireti's Army commander asked, and kicked off a skeleton head
"I'll get you, of we survive this" General Luke said and rode on.

Leviathan's dragon, started in a hot pursuit at Remi, who was leaning on white fire, White fire skillfully Dodged the fire balls from leviathan and the fire from his dragon. Fire rain suddenly came out from nowhere and grabbed Levaithan by the shoulder and flinged him off, and quickly held the skeletal dragon by the tail, and went into circular movement, and flinged the dragon away, making collide with a nearby rock and shattered into piece.
"Good job boys " Remi said, and surveyed the ground.
Leviathan shouted in agony, and placed his hands on the emblem, and rotated it towards the left.
A strong wind suddenly came from the west, blowing hard, the lives skeletons suddenly began to form again, and soon the ground was clear.
"This peeps are mad" General Luke said with his mouth agape.
"What's next " Ewatomi asked riding up to GeneralLuke
"What you guys are the big gun"
White fire descended before General Luke, and Remi jumped down.
"The emblem on his chest, we have to pull it out " Remi said and leaped back on white fire "Ewatomi, ride with Fire Rain, we need more hands from up" He said and dived his dragon up.
Leviathan walked with rage in his face, slashing his opponent with great blow, the fight was now going against Remi and his team. Remi jumped of white fire, as one of the skeletal dragon dipped it's claw into it. Remi in the air saw leviathan and flew towards him.
IIIAAAAAA!!! Leviathan shouted, leaping into the air, he rotated and slashed Remi against the ground with his sword. He held Remi by the leg and flinged him away, before Remi could come against the floor, Leviathan grabbed him by the neck and slammed his head on the ground and threw a fireball at him, sending him deeper into the ground.
Ayenireti soldiers and that of General Luke, flew in different direction, running for thier lives as fast as their legs could carry them. Fire rain growled in the air, as harpoon hooked it's wings and the skeletal army, in great numbers pulled it down, while the two other skeletal dragons fought against white fire, bombarding it with fire from their mouth.
Ewatomi dashed at Leviathan, he grabbed her by with one arm, and Remi on the other and lifted them up and slammed both of them on the ground.
"Pathetic" Leviathan said and raised his swords up, channeling thunderbolt into it.

Leviathan looked back at Remi, with no thought of good, he smiled and raised the skull that covered the emblem on his chest.
"This is true power"
Remi channeled thunder Bolt into his right arm, and launched a blow at Levaithan. Their fist collided, making a sonic wave in return, the force of the blow sending both Remi and Levaithan opposite direction, almost to the end of the army line.
"For freedom " General Luke shouted and charged his horse forward, jumping over the flame.
Remi tried gaining stamina, but the force was to great, he missed his steps and rolled hard on the ground. He picked himself up and flew into the sky, Leviathan's skeleton dragon hooked Remi in between it's teeth and sent it's sharp skeletal teeth into Remi's rib. Remi gave the dragon a blow on its face, and screamed out loud, as it had little effect on the dragon, but was much on him.
Leviathan walked forward, slashing his swords into his opponents, he swirled the sword and in an instance heads were rolling on the ground as he walked, he threw a sword up, and shot fireballs, in any direction he saw his opponent, he looked up seeing Remi struggle in between the jaws of the dragon, he growled and just then the other dragon descended, using is tail to sweep the opponents from left to right, Leviathan slowly climbed on the neck and it elevated into the sky.
"White fire! " Remi shouted.
The dragons suddenly shattered into pieces as White fire collided against it, with great speed, it poured out fire at the shattered dragon.

Remi halted his horse, looking at the vast desert before him, he looked back the Commander and spoke.
“He said we should me here” He said and alighted, just them two horses rode from afar and gradually drew near.
“General Luke” Remi said and exchanged hands with the white skin man, and nodded his head to the other.
“Why do we have to meet here” General Luke said, and removed his gloves, and placed his hands on his sword that hanged from his belt.
“It seems a good place, we need your help” Remi said and folded his hands.
“It must be bigger than you” The General replied and smiled.
“Yes, there is a threat rising”
“Leviathan” General Luke said and smiled at Remi “We know about him, how do we come in?”
Remi smiled back before he spoke.
“We need you to fight by our side, tomorrow against him” Remi said
“Consider it done, a threat against you, is a threat agains us, we will rally to Ayenireti this night” General Luke said and shaked hands again with Remi before he ascended his horse.
THE FINALE
Leviathan rose from his skull throne and descended slowly, as his vicious army cheered him, alongside those who went to him for power, a skull hanged from his chest covering the emblem that was stuck to his chest.
“Brothers!!!!” He shouted and made fireballs from his hands and it died down immediately the scream was over.
“Thank you for joining my course, for believing, there is a brighter future for us” He said and paused for a minute, before he continued.
“Remi has joined the doom of his ancestors, he comes us against us, tomorrow”
“Let’s put that scum to where he belongs, in the grave with his filthy ancestors” Someone shouted from large crowd.
“Yes, we should put him down, lets gear and show him what we are, why we are truly the one with the future” He said and his eyes glowed red.
The shout from the crowd was so loud, it seems it could put down the building.
----
Early the next morning, General Luke’s army got to the gate of Ayenireti, where they met Remi and his soldiers, with Ewatomi by his side.
“The queen goes to war” General Luke said and smiled at Remi, and then to Ewatomi.
“She has powers” Remi said and looked at Ewatomi.
“Where do we set?” General Luke asked, turning his horse about.
“How many men do you have?” Remi asked.
“Three hundred thousand” General Luke said, and continued “In matter of minutes, how fighter plane should join us” General Luke said again.
“What’s a fighter plane?” Remi asked, feeling confused.
“You’ll see” General Luke said.
“We also have dragons” Remi said and smiled at General Luke, he wouldn’t let General Luke feel like a King.
“Hmmmm, they don’t exist” General Luke said and scoffed.

Leviathan stood in front of his soldiers, both living and dead, with two swords in his hands, his dragons by his sides, with dark smokes coming out from their nose and mouth.
He climbed on one of the one and pulled the skeletal horns up, and the dragon roared out loud, stamping its feet on the ground and flew into the sky.
Leviathan’s soldier, on foot cheered loudly and began running, following the dragon , while some flew in the sky, others ran with great speed.

Remi’s team bolted on their horse with great zeal, they rode fearlessly, leaning on their horses as it ran with great velocity.
A loud roar suddenly came from the sky, General Luke looked into the sky, and out of fright he fell from his running horse, seeing two huge beast in the sky. Remi rode towards him and slowed down his horse, while the others ran on.
“I told you, we had dragons” Remi said and smiled, the kicked his horse, making it raise it two front legs in the air before running off.
“I wonder what Leviathan has” General Luke said and dusted himself before climbing back on his horse.

Remi saw Leviathan’s army from afar, and gulped hard at the large number he saw, Fire Rain, breathed out fire, drawing a line before Remi’s team and Leviathan’s. Leviathan descended his dragon and came down from it, and walked through the fire to the other side, while Remi too alighted his horse and met him.
