Its amazing how time flies. Just a few years ago I was praying to grow fast so I'd not have to do some household chores and most of all outgrow beating from my aunts and uncles. Well God answered and now I also have younger cousins to send around. However I observed this generation of children are very stubborn and mostly lazy. They won't lift a finger except if told to..

My cousin of about 16 recently came around and has been like "I don't eat eba". When I was his age, I dare not say I can't eat anything, I would be killed! Am sure most of us born in the 90s can relate with this. Initially, I will give him money to buy noodles or bread whenever we were eating eba but now I've decided to discipline him a bit. Whenever its Eba I simply ask if he's eating and if he says no, I make for just myself and leave him to drink garri.

So I'd like to ask what negative behavior you've noticed in this indomie generation and how are you handling it?

For me its Etisalat. In my area ( Alakuko, Lagos) I browser with edge and only use 3G when downloading. They're the most reliable but not the cheapest

Go to your phone's settings and restrict background data and switch off auto-sync. Use 3G strictly for downloading and streaming, and Edge for browsing. You can also switch off images from your browser from time to time, especially when visiting websites with heavy media footprints.

You will be amazed how long just 10mb will last you, i.e., if you are only browsing, not to talk of 6Gig. And when you download a 100mb movie for example, 100mb is what will be deducted from your balance. You will no longer have to deal with the headache of downloading a 70mb stuff but ending up instead with a deduction of 100mb.

And last but not the least, beware of play store. It's an mb drunkard( due to it's many icons and images).

For all these people saying Glo is slow, I don't really think so. Glo's problem is not speed, they're simply unreliable. Disconnects and disappears at random but when connected it's actually fast.

I agree with you. Ur phone matters atimes too. I use infinix hot note and glo N1400 BBC plan of 3G and I rarely shows no network even when am using a normal data bundle. The speed too is quite good. But on my smaller samsung ace when using a non BB data bundle, before d 3G or H go show, na fasting n prayer.

Yups!!! Just look for Access Point Name(APN) under network settings and change it to gloflat or glosecure for glo and for mtn: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net. The apn should be in small letter

Glo also offers 3G for N500. Its a weekend + Night plan. Saturday and sunday + 7 nights(12:00am to 5:00am). Its totally legit and u don't have to migrate to any plan like mtn. Dial *777# select 1, select 1 again, then select 7 and then select 2. Das all.

yes o. Glo also started the 1k bb complete plan for 3G, though it is 1.4k now. By the way Glo's data is some what still cheaper. I can get 10G for 5k only ish is the speed which is sometimes slow.

If i were among the people she defrauded, by now it would have been a different case.

Secondly, i will send her phone number to my Mtn customer service friends and they will pull out the contacts on the Sim card and the location she was when she made those calls.
