Romance / Advice please: Are You Required To. Invite All Your Relative To Your Wedding? by Diamonddris(m): 8:19am On Feb 09, 2016
My sister is about to wed, and who to invite bothers her a lot....

I told her I could get advice for her from my friends on Nairaland.

The issue goes like this, we have a very large family, lots of uncle and aunts, lots of cousins, first cousin, second cousin etc, lots of relatives too...

Although we are not that rich, but am proud to say that we are not poor either. Atleast we live in our own house, and my dad can boast of a Honda accent...but my other uncles and relatives are more richer than we are..

The riches of my uncles And aunts makes them behave somehow and even their children tends to be very ill mannered..at some point we had to stop visiting them, reasons being that when you go visiting, only the parents will try to be nice, the children are always so dump and supercilious, they dnt look cheerful, they dnt even gist, they go to their various rooms and you end up sitting alone like one rejected scrap car..if you make a mistake of sleeping there, then dnt expect a good morning from any of them, rather you will be the one to greet ur juniors good morning..

Talking about events, the. Previous events we had like my elder sister and elder brothers wedding, we invited them, they'll come late, they won't want to eat and they will look for somewhere very far and seat, my mum is always looking at their face and this provokes me and my siblings..

This my sister always feel the same way like I do, and she is about to wed,

I know its easy to marginalise friends, but when it comes to family, there must always be a rethink..she does not want to invite people who will not be happy for her, of which I know they are not happy, especially now that my sister is getting married to a senior medical doctor, just like my eldest sister did,.she says she needs pple that will be happy for her, she is feeling that this may bring problem in the family...

So fellow nairalanders, I sincerely need your advice on this..I and my sister will really appreciate you..thanks.

Religion / Can You Attend A Church That Spend Six To Seven Hours For Sunday Service. by Diamonddris(m): 11:31am On Feb 07, 2016
Taking myself as an example, I hate sitting that long in church services, especially when it exceeds four hours....I dnt know if its a sin o, because I get so tired....

And I can't walk out of the church when the service is not over for the fear of not having an accident on my way back, not getting myself into one or two trouble and other fears like that just because I neglect the presence of God...

I love churches that spend atleast 3 hrs in a service...

The question is 'am I normal?'

"Dnt I love the presence of God?'

'Do you love long church services?'

I need ur help...

OMG!!! 16 Girls Gets Pregnant After Teenager Ejaculates In Pool

16 young teenage girls between the age of 13 and 17 years of age have become pregnant after a pool party went terribly wrong, reports the Tallahassee Herald this morning. A simple weekend pool party turned to tragedy when one of the young men attending the birthday celebration ejaculated in the pool without warning the house guests, accidentally ending up impregnating half of the girls present at the celebration.
“I’m glad I didn’t have my swimsuit that day,” remembers Daliah Jennings, present during the celebration. “It was a surprise party to celebrate my 15th birthday, let’s just say that a baby in my womb is the kind of present I’m glad I didn’t get” she acknowledges, visibly relieved of not getting pregnant. The young man claims there was no s*x at the party at all and that he only ejaculated in the pool by accident.
“Some people in town say we had some kind of wild s*x orgy going on and that’s how I got all those girls pregnant, but I’m proud to say that I am still a virgin and that if anyone doesn’t believe me, I’m ready to undergo medical examination to prove it if that’s what it takes,” says the 15 year old. “I’ve become some sort of a local celebrity. People come up to me all the time and shake my hand and congratulate me, but I didn’t do anything!” he adds, visibly sincere.
Dr. John Suzukima of Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Hospital, who was the first to link the multiple births to a single cause, believes the young man has a rare medical condition calledspermafortiswhich makes his semen unusually potent. “Clinical tests have proven that people who suffer fromspermafortishave sperm counts close to a thousand times more potent and rich in spermatozoids than the average man,” he explains. “This kind of semen is fairly similar to that of common water mammals, such as dolphins, manatees and seals and has properties that make it incredibly resistant to water. This condition could definitely explain what happened in this case but clinical trials and further tests would be needed to prove this theory,” he told local reporters.
