Doesn't make sense if that's the case. In my line of work, attending local and international conferences is not negotiable and regardless of your gender, you are expected to get your accommodation. I find this story very strange, though not totally unbelievable... This is Nigeria!

It's done in many hotels. The reason is to prevent women from coming in to embarrass their cheating husbands / boyfriends. A female coming in on her own will need to tell them who she is looking for, they in turn seek permission from the person before letting her in.
Politicians and other top men in the society prefer to lodge in such hotels because of the privacy.

If we are to judge by the recent protest by IPob when they instructed all their people not to open their businesses and stay off the streets, we saw an almost 90% compliance and even in other states, they South easterners also obeyed this order from IPob.

If we are to follow this trend then the illusion that PDP would get massive votes from the South east is defeated already because as it stands IPob insists on no elections would hold on their land until they get a referendum and everywhere I have looked, the biafrans in their large numbers are totally in support.

The issue has nothing to do with make up, it's about her uploading a pic of a shaved hair on a cancer awareness day, people will naturally think she is fighting cancer.

Finally not being able to appear without make up is a form of psychological sickness, I suspect you are a patient.
