What are the services offered by the estate mgt and cost of the services?

I need to make a decision btw this and Pinnock estate.

Just curious, do you apply any type of heat insulation when installing concealed (hidden) roofing. I'm considering the cost implication in the long run of doing concealed roof design or the regular pitched roof.

Several persons have told me all hidden roof needs maintenance

Will you apply felting to the concrete drain to prevent it from absorbing too much water over time and eventually leaking?

A child is a child and knows nothing of the workings of the world around him. He or she has been put in your care for guidance. Because of his very limited knowledge, you cannot explain the consequences of every action to him. And he or she is definitely not capable of 'critical reasoning' at such a young age.

Therefore you require complete trust and obedience from him as you groom him up to be a responsible and sensible adult. The child should obey you without question because you are the elder and you have more wisdom and experience (hopefully). This will continue until the child grows old enough to make his own decisions.

Any child that becomes shy or suicidal or whatever because an adult demands obedience from him has a serious emotional and possibly mental problem. Being shy or feeling bullied are not problems to be avoided but are issues that should be tackled head-on. Overcoming those feelings is part of what makes a person 'mature'.

The first thing to do is get the building design from an architect (cost btw 150k to 300k). After then give the design to a builder to provide detail costing in his letter headed paper, then give it to your uncle.

Don't start without doing this so he does not accuse you of stealing his money, my best guess he is going to need anything from 25million and above depending on the finishing
