Your work looks nice. How much per square meter? |
Ask builders who regularly works around the Lekki/Ajah axis. They cast the four walls of the septic tank from ground level to what ever height you want and begins to sink in to ground by excavating the sands inside. At the same time pumping out the water continuously. |
Or yo can buy an already built house and renovate it. A lot of them are in the market for sale. Warning - always verify from independence source before paying money |

How much will it typical cost to fit a sitting room with 4-6 speakers and one in the kitchen? |
What is the brand name of the speakers you use? |
Frankly PDP needs to stop doing the same things that made them unpopularly |
Culled from: http://rewardsrhetoric..co.uk/2015/11/where-are-pdp-northerners.html The Opposition People’s Democratic Party. That is an appellation that is still difficult for some of us to grapple with. That, however, is the present reality: a gargantuan, former ruling party now a shadow of itself; chased away from federal governance by frustrated voters tired of its 16-year jamboree rule. Across the North the party was almost decimated after the 2015 elections, boasting only of a couple of governors and a handful of federal and state legislators thereafter. The rejection of the party in that region was emphatic, and ultimately decisive. It is no secret that the uber-avalanche of pro-APC Northern votes was the force that drove former President Jonathan back to Otuoke, after he had won convincingly in the South-South and South-East and given his opponent a good run for his money in the South-West. Last month, the PDP began the process of re-inventing and re-branding itself. First, its Post-Election Review Committee zoned its presidential ticket in the 2019 general elections to the North. At the surface, one might say this is a good move. Then, the party on November 7th 2015 inaugurated a ‘Re-branding Committee’ to be chaired by media mogul Raymond Dokpesi. Last week, on November 12th, the party took the re-branding mantra a notch higher with its well-publicized national conference titled “PDP and the Sustenance of Democratic Ideals in Nigeria.” Under the carnivalesque atmosphere for which the party has been known for 16 years, party leaders took turns to take the ruling APC to the cleaners. A recurring theme during the day’s vituperations was the accusation that the ruling party is sectional and nepotistic, unlike the PDP, which speaker after speaker described as a ‘truly national party’. This, to me, was the true definition of irony. Since the defeat of President Jonathan in the April elections, with the exception of Governor Olusegun Mimiko who releases occasional statements as PDP Governors’ Forum Chairman, and the more frequently blabbing and irrational Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti, most of the spokesmen and public faces of the PDP have come from the South-South and South-East. They include Uche Secondus, Acting Chairman, from Rivers State; Olisa Metuh, vociferous and vitriolic Publicity Secretary, from Anambra, and Deputy Senate President and Post-Election Review Committee Chairman, Ike Ekweremadu, from Enugu State. Others are Senate Minority Leader, ex-Governor Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom; House Minority Leader, Leo Ogor from Delta State, and Raymond Dokpesi, from Edo, who is Chairman of the aforementioned Re-branding Committee. These were the same men accusing the APC of sectionalism during the national conference last week. It is thus hugely ironic for the PDP, which has more or less become a party for the people of the South-South and South-East, to continue with these accusations of sectionalism. For as at this very moment, the APC with all its shortcomings does appear to have a more national outlook than the PDP. Apart from APC’s known leaders and spokesmen from their party support bases in the North and South-West, the party strategically gave prominence to the likes of Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo, who is also the APC Governors’ Forum chair, and ex-Governor and now-Minister Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers. I am not even talking about the appointments as Governors’ Forum Chairman or Minister. I am talking about the amount of publicity and visibility that the APC gave these men and a few others from their regions as its leaders and representatives – whether you like them or not. I have said earlier that the election of April 2015 almost decimated the PDP in the North. The word however, is almost. Because – like I also said earlier – the party retained a couple of governors and a handful of legislators. The party also retained other Northern politicians who do not currently occupy political office, but who remain heavyweights in their own rights. The likes of former VP Namadi Sambo, PDP BoT Chairman Haliru Bello, ex-governors Ahmed Makarfi, Sule Lamido, Babangida Aliyu and Ibrahim Shekarau; ex-Senator Ibrahim Mantu, and former anti-corruption czar Nuhu Ribadu. Why, in the name of Common Sense, would the PDP not give more visibility to these people? Zoning the presidency to the North in 2015 is a good move – but it is not enough. Giving some of these PDP Northerners committee memberships is also not enough. If the PDP hopes to wrest away some of the North’s huge voting power from the APC; if the PDP hopes to make itself more attractive to Northerners of all faiths and ages, then Northerners need to see their own people playing significant roles in the PDP from now. Secondus, Metuh, Akpabio, Ekweremadu, Dokpesi and even Fayose need to make occasional tactical retreats and project their Northern colleagues instead. In press conferences and media parleys, in press releases, in criticisms of the APC government and other responses to the APC and the Buhari Presidency, PDP Northerners need to be more visible and more voluble. Even on social media and other online networks, the horde of South-South and South-East PDP supporters dishing out daily insults to both real and perceived enemies need to be told that their votes were not enough to give their party victory last time, and would certainly not be enough in 2019. Otherwise, the PDP will finally become a regional relic of the South-South and South-East; post-2019 elections. Already, a friend of mine has renamed it the Biafran Democratic Party. I know the South-Southerners particularly will have a huge axe to grind over that. |

Former governor currently been screen has said the river state panel did not indict him of corruption in their report. Has any body seen or read the report? |
When the car shut down and I try to start it, it cranks but the engine doesn't start. I initially thought it was the fuel pump but ruled it out after testing it outside the car. |
2010 Rav4 lost power and suddenly stopped while I was driving it. It refused to start after many tries. Left the car for a while and came back to start and it started and I drove it home. Drove the car again today and same thing happened. Scanned it and got error code C1201 -engine control system and brake boost performance. How do I resolve this problem |
The mobil station is on airport road by eliozu junction and also Wilbert station on the same airport road. NNPC stations and a few other seems to sell good fuel. Some filling station buy pms from our local refiners to make extra profit and mix it with the good stuff. The quick guide is any filling station taxi drivers don't go to is a red flag |
Don't think so. Newer vehicles are prone to this challenges. In fact I bought fuel on my '03 Lexus car and it seems to handle this mixture well but the '10 rav4 can't |
I have had a really bad experience with buying bad fuel in port Harcourt. I have changed my wife's car Rav4 fuel pump 4 times within two month.the latest near miss happened this week. We bought fuel in a mobil filling station and the car stopped moving within one hour of driving. I had to call my mechanic and straight away he went for the fuel line. Behold what we bought was a cross between PMS, diesel and condensate. After draining the car of the unknown substance, I had to go for fuel hunting only wiser this time. I asked the fuel attendant to pour a little on my fingers for me to smell and watch how quickly it evaporates. What is your experience with bad fuel in the niger delta? |
Years ago, I had a neighbor who suddenly came upon some money and bought 'I better pass my neighbor' generator and kept it close to my window. When I came back to my apartment in the evening and saw my room filled with smoke, I immediately went outside and Switched off his generator and sneaked back into my room, he came out and put it on back. I waited for him to leave and went out to put it off again. I played that game several times with him. The guy got tired and left the generator switched off for the night. The next day, I told him I was the person doing it and we had an agreement for him to position it close to his window and enjoy the smoke alone. Suffice to say that was the end of the generator. |
For the past one week my one year old son does not want me to cuddle or come close my wife (his mum). Whenever I attempt to hold her, he will scream and push me away, only to hug her in my place. I didn't know young boys can get jealous over their mother. Does any body have the same experience? |
@Chizin, sent you mail |
@chizin, how do I reach you? The final product of the direct imaging and the manual printing done by most printing press, which is cheaper? |
Hello house, I want to start a printing press biz and have taken a tour of some printing press in port harcourt, but didn't see anyone using a direct imaging printing machine. I'm wondering if it's profitable to use a direct imaging Printing machine and the cost implications. |
A bug in the Android mobile operating system has been discovered by researchers, who say it affects nearly a billion devices. The flaw can be exploited by sending a photo or video message to a person's smartphone, without any action by the receiver. Google said it had patched the problem, but millions of devices still need their software updating. The researchers said the flaw was "extremely dangerous". Researchers from US information security company Zimpherium said they believed it was one of the worst Android vulnerabilities to date, estimating that 950 million devices were affected. Hackers were able to send malicious code within a multimedia message that could access a service within Android called Stagefright. After Stagefright had been invoked, which required no action from the victim, other data and apps on the handset could be accessed by the malicious code. "These vulnerabilities are extremely dangerous because they do not require that the victim take any action to be exploited," the researchers wrote. Further details on the flaw will be revealed by the team, at the Black Hat security conference in Las Vegas next week. James Lyne, global head of security research at security company Sophos, said the flaw affected a "massive array" of phones running Android version 2.2 and higher. "On some devices, the privileges at which this runs means an attacker could access all kinds of content on your device or access resources such as the camera," he said. Rush to patch Zimpherium's researchers notified Google, which subsequently produced a patch to fix the problem. However, millions of devices currently remain unpatched because hardware manufacturers and mobile operators have to distribute updates to customers themselves, and customers can reject updates manually. In a statement, Google said: "This vulnerability was identified in a laboratory setting on older Android devices, and as far as we know, no-one has been affected. "As part of a regularly scheduled security update, we plan to push further safeguards to Nexus devices starting next week. "And, we'll be releasing it in open source when the details are made public by the researcher at Black Hat." http://www.bbc.com/news/technology-33689399 |
