Changing the front grill, headlight and bumper will not completely change the car to a 2019. What about the doors and the entire back side of the car, the streamlining of the 2019 is so different. |

Very possible or cheaper, but it may not be immediately. His long term plan is not to buy crude from anybody. He is already developing a marginal producing facility that is going to supply the refinery. The facility will be offshore and development of the facility is ongoing |
Saw your PM, HSE is Health Safety and Environment, the course you want to take will depend on which part of the H or S and E you want to build a career on. I have worked in the Safety and Environment part of HSE and believe me they are not the same and the opportunity of getting a job are not the same. |

*Topic: Releasing Your Faith, Receiving Your Inheritance* *Text: Mark 9:23* *Speaker: Pastor Bokeime Udom* Salvation conferred on us the ability to function in the invisible and do the impossible. Everything we need is already provided in the place of grace. The word 'salvation' does not just mean saved from sin. It means saved from all the consequences of Adam's fall. It means delivered, restored, healed, blessed and prospered. It is a full package. The problem, then, is not that God has not given us stuffs. God has already blessed us with all things but we may not have received that which God has given us. In the realm of the spirit, you don't receive by stretching your hands, you receive by stretching your faith. When you master this act of receiving, you will live a life that is in mastery over all circumstances. Being born again is not a certificate for heaven or an escape from hell; being born again is an admission into a life of the supernatural. A born again child of God is not an ordinary human being. God gave us all this by grace, and because God is liberal He also gave us faith as the instrument to receiving the benefits of grace. Grace confers on us immeasurable responsibility. It is not a license to excuse ourselves from our duties as Christians. It is rather an enablement to enable us do more than an average person. Grace demands willing deployment of divine abilities. Because we have grace, we can do things that we naturally wouldn't have been able to do. There's no problem you cannot solve if you know how to draw from grace through faith. You can only change your situation by reacting in faith, not by complaining. There is no situation you face that God has not given you the ability to solve. Your answers are within you. Faith is for exploits, it is for implementation, it is for moving mountains. Faith is not just for talking, it is for doing. You receive from God's store house of grace by releasing your faith. *Here are some keys to receiving* ● *Believing* Mk.11:24 - What you believe you receive. However, active faith believes with the heart. Once faith happens in the heart, it goes ahead to move the body into action. ● *Speaking* You will receive what you say, according to Mk.11:23. Faith moves mountains, but before it moves your mountain it must first move your mouth. With the mouth confession is made unto possession. You can't take what you can't say because faith always speaks (Rom.8:6, 2Cor.4:13). When faith is active, you will say something. Remember, the first part of your life that your faith moves is your mouth. ● *Thanksgiving* Just as our meals are to be received with thanksgiving, our breakthroughs are also to be received with thanksgiving. Philp.4:6 also inferred that prayers are to be mixed with thanksgiving before answers can be guaranteed. Why? Thanksgiving is an act of faith that proves that you believe that you have received your answers. This is why grateful people are great people, and great people are always grateful. ● *Rejoicing* It takes joy to draw from the well of salvation, according to Isaiah 12:3. In Jesus' parable of the sower, the stony heart received with joy. "You too can receive with joy. In His presence is fullness of joy", hence, joy is the atmosphere of heaven. Do you want to bring heaven down? Then begin to rejoice. Wow! It was powerful at last Aquila, be sure to get the depth of this teaching by listening to the full version online. *Topic: Releasing Your, Faith Receiving Your Inheritance (Part Two)* *Text: James 1:5-7, 2:17-18* *Speaker: Pastor Bokeime Udom* _"...let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord"_ *(James 1:7).* Who is this man that shouldn't think of receiving anything from God? He is the man that will not release his faith, according to James 1:5. So, faith is the key to receiving from God. _"Faith, if it is without works is dead."_ Your faith is either dead or alive. Dead faith doesn't work, but living faith works. When faith is appropriated, there are signs that you will see and you will know that this faith can work. If faith has no works, it is dead faith. And if there's dead faith, it means there is living faith. Dead faith is defined as faith that is without works. If you're believing God for something and nothing to show for it, it means your faith is dead. Living faith has works. It has something to show for it. Faith produces action. There's a difference between faith and presumption. Don't do what I do if you don't know what I know. An action that does not come from a conviction cannot make a difference. Don't copy somebody's action; copy his/her life of fellowship. Faith is born out of relationship with God. As you fellowship with the living word, this will give birth to a steering and an awakening on your inside. Faith begins with relationship. If you fellowship with God, you encounter God - you encounter light. When faith is born in your sprit because of your fellowship with God, something will come out of you and make you to react to adverse situations. *HOW TO RELEASE YOUR FAITH TO RECEIVE* ● *YOU RECEIVE BY ACTION* Living faith puts action to what it believes in. What you believe affects how you behave. If you really believe, your behaviour will rhyme with what you believe. You receive by acting on God's word. Until you act on it, nothing works for you. There's something about the miraculous and faith. What you do with what God says determines what you get out of life. ● *YOU RECEIVE WITH PATIENCE (Heb.6:12)* Between when you believe and when you receive is a binding force called patience. Faith works with patience. One who believes does not make haste (Isaiah 28:17). Patience is not weaknesses, rather it is a force. Patience is the spiritual capacity to persevere until breakthrough is birthed. A patient person waits in faith; believing and rejoicing. The attitude of a man waiting in patience is different from the one who is just waiting. It is through faith and patience that you receive the promise. Abraham was not only the father of faith, he was also the father of patience (Rom.4:17-18). What you believe for that you cannot wait for, you are not qualified for. Your perseverance is the proof that you believe. Strong faith is faith mixed with patience. Patience waits with rejoicing and thanksgiving. This was Abraham's secret. His faith became strong by him constantly giving glory to God. You can't be in faith and not be in joy. As long as you learn to rejoice, your faith cannot fail. Joy is a sustainer. It took 25 years of patient joyful waiting to receiving his record breaking Miracle (Rom.4:17-20). Where there is no patience, faith fails but where there is patience faith becomes strong, and prevails over any obstacle. I see your mountains giving way for your miracles now! Hallelujah!! The key is finding trusted agents or real estate company which is difficult. I'll advise you seek referrals from persons who have a good reputation here in nairaland, there are several of them. Always use a local lawyer to vet all transactions and documentations provided before paying money to anybody and the lawyer must be neutral (not familiar with seller) |

skimanski:Sometimes you need to post cost of the construction and maybe your charges cos we all initially assume you will be expensive, a lot of persons don't have flexible incomes, just fixed from salary and won't know if they can work something out with you. only persons who have worked with you may know the truth if you don't tell us. Great work though, keep it up |
@donnie, I sincerely admire your tenacity to answer all this question and doubt also including abuse thrown your way. Keep it up bro. BLW for life |
