However yourcreatin and urea as well as your abdominal ultrasound are very normal and that strongly rules out ckd

I only post result of my test I did 3 years ago and now I want to further more to know what's wrong with my body systems. I only post the receipt of the fee I pay to the hospital in order to meet a consultant

I went for a medical test to take to nysc in 2018, d doctor said I had proteinuria I.e protein in my urine. I later went to check my kidney and I was told my kidney was ok even though I know d test was not thorough enough.

Since then I've been having some symptoms like ankle pain, though d ankle was as a result of football injury and slight swelling on my left ankle that makes me not to be able to stand for too long. I also have back pain to bend down and do something is prb. Of recent I noticed I'm having a kind if pain close to my left chest my hrt position. I noticed after abstaining for sex for months, I started seeing something looking like sperm coming out of my urine at d beginning of my urination but after having sex or masturbating d cloudy urine will stop.

I'm curious to go for this test but I'm scared of d financial implications and also want to
know what kind of hospital run this test.

Generally I looked healthy but I just wish to go for this test to take away my doubt, I just hope its only my mind that is playing tricks on me.

I'll like to ask. Did your urine foamy?
Maybe when u urinate inside WC, did it bring out foam? Like someone that pour beer inside the glass cup

I'm not convinced your body is retaining water at all, 3 years is enough to see the effects on your body. May be you should drink water regularly and stop working under the scorching sun or stop staying under the sun for long hours so you can have clear urine. It looks like your mind is playing tricks on you.

Also I drink a lot of water.
I may not urinate more dan twice a day and it will be just very little to some drops.
Overall daily urine can be as small as half of plastic bottle water and with high concentration.
Example is the picture I upload. That's a day urine after drinking like 10 pure water

I doubt you have kidney issues
Most likely dehydration i.e too much alcohol or less water intake
Believe me if your kidneys were gone you would be on a bed right now

I pray I don't have kidney problem but go and read about CKD, you'll understand there are lot of people walking around doing there normal daily activities without them noticing that their kidneys are going bad until it reach end stage

Try to check your sugar level sir.
Could be sign of diabetes.

I drank water more dan camel and my urine daily cant be up to 1 pure water sachet.
I drank nothing less than 5litres per day

Op the climactic condition of your geographical location can affect the way you pee! If you live in a hot, humid place, you should sweat more and pee little irrespective of the quantity of water you drink; mostly coloured urine. To help your kidneys, drink more water. However, await your test results. I hope the results come out ok.

I stated earlier that I drank nothing less than 5litres (up to 10 pure water) daily and my urine is not even up to 1 pure water sachet daily. And I work inside a cool environment

Move out and meet people and interact with them. Remove your mind from that kidney side and pray against witchcraft.. It is well with you.. My symptoms now is:
I felt some dull ache around my stomach.
My urine is always concentrated especially when I drank lot of water and it took time for it to flush out.

NOTE: this is not a case of prostrate because I don't even have the urine in my bladder at all

Most times, I pass more urine at night/midnight when I'm asleep then during the day.

My blood pressure rises. 150/100

No swelling/edema

I read about someone that think he/she has heart disease yesterday.
I was in the same situation.
3 years ago, I was having some issues with my health.
Though I felt I was fine but the issue I had is I don't urinate well. No matter the amount of water I drank (5litres daily), I will only pass a very concentrated and little urine (less than half litres daily). The urine can be so deep yellow, almost red color.
I did some test when it first occur but I was told I don't have any problem. My kidneys are fine.
After some months (like 7months later), I urinate well again, 3 months ago, the problem arises again and this time it's more severe.
I was scared to go for kidney test again but yesterday I took a bold step to seek for a neprologist consultant.
No matter what the result is, I believe I'll overcome it.
My advice for the op that is scared to go for heart scan is that he/she should take a bold step to know his/her problem.
I know it's not easy but we have no choice.

Right now, I'm scared I may have issue with my kidneys and I know it's not something easy to treat coz I don't have the resources (finances) to tackle such health issue but I know God will be there for me.

Just do the tests, urinalysis, full blood count, ultrasound scan and all to know where the problem is and treat accordingly.
