That's exactly what someone also told me that not all foamy urine means presence of protein

I use to have foamy urine but it is gradually dissipating now. I started taking hot water with a little addition of lemon juice first thing in the morning. I think it is working for me. You can also try but make sure you do urinalysis and liver function test sha.

Check if you have malaria, and ensure you are not dehydrated. I had protein in my urine some months back; it became clear after I treated malaria.

Also, sit down in the closet to pee. Standing enact pressure on the pee, which may cause foamy urine.

Hi doc. What could be the cause of foamy urine.
I've foamy urine sometimes early in the morning and during the day I don't experience it.
Sometimes my urine output is small compare to the amount of water I took over 24hrs and sometimes it's more.
Does days that my urine output are small, the color is concentrated and when it's more, it's very clear.
I've done urinalysis and kidney function test almost 3 years ago when the symptoms started and it all came normal
Now I'm experiencing such and I don't know if something is actually wrong with me
I started noticing the foamy urine about 2 weeks now. Though it doesn't come up everyday. I've urinated twice this nite. The first is foamy, the second isn't foamy.
What can I do?

I've been worried for quite some time now about the behaviour of my urine.
I've once read about foaming urine that signifies protein in urine but I didn't take note of my urine.
I've been having some feelings about my urine coz it looks kinda foamy when I urinate but I don't know if I should relax or something is wrong with the way it is.
If I flush, it easily flush away but whenever I start to pee in the closet, the foam comes up but after I finish, it begins to come down by itself but the foam won't disappear totally.

I've loss weight due to stress at work. I'm about 1.8m tall and about 63kg. I'm skinny and I need to add weight fast to have a fit body in 2 to 3 weeks.

I wonder the magic you want to do in Nigeria if it's not all about learning a skill. You didn't ask about the type of skill but condemning it totally. Well, it's about learning a skill and then ask for God's grace.

God's grace can never work without your own effort. What work does for you is to help you bring God's attention to your endeavor because God himself says no food for lazy man. So if you work hard and you can't still pull through, it's either what you are doing isn't what can take you there or you are not sincere with the struggle.

Don't ever write off learning a skill, especially with the battered naira else people like me would have relocated to the village years ago.

I still stand by my words that npower is common and nobody should be so happy and fulfilled about it. Some days, I make more than that 30k in a day and other times 20k on average per day. How? Skill + God's grace. So whoever is waiting for the government or some company to employ them for peanut is free to do so.

I really don't understand the equipment you're talking about. I've already stated what you need. But don't understand the equipment part again.
Just go to the market where they sell plastics, you may likely see the drinkers and feeders tray.
About housing, make sure it's covered with nylon or tampolin, then you need source of heat and light. Woodshave to use on the floor.

To your question. Please go for broilers only for now.
You need to learn from broilers den extend your knowledge to layers, turkeys and others.

1. No much equipment, just get drinkers, feeders and tray feeders. They will need tray feeder in there first week. Also you need source of light and heat. They need light to be eating overnight. This is important in there first 2 weeks

2. No chicks is the best. But since you want to be keeping them for festive period like Easter and Christmas den I'll advice you go for agrited or obj Marshall because they grow tall and attract customers especially there male.
Though I'm not base in Lagos but there are good and trustworthy suppliers you can attach yourself to.

4. Look for a WhatsApp group or telegram or any other, then ask people questions. Sometimes u don't need to ask questions but you'll see some farmers posting there issues and people will give dem solutions. From there you'll also learn incase you encounter such problems.
This is the method I use to learn too.

5 & 6. I'm not base in Lagos so I can't tell

For the freezer, I'll strongly recommend haier thermocool based on my personal experience. I'm currently using an LG fridge & a thermocool freezer; the LG consumes 3times more energy than thermocool, its freezer doesn't stay frozen for 1day without electricity unlike my thermocool that can stay more than 5days frozen without electricity. Better to buy 90l of thermocool than 500l of other brands.

sorry boe didn't read it well I was too distracted. Avoid all those chinko or small names in the appliance word. Go for brands that with good reps. Avoid chinko products coz they will work but won't last and last tin u need is planning for something u already bought before

So, can I still go for the LG products?
The LG is 190Litres while thermocool of same prove is 145Litres. It's kinda smaller

Through out last year I've been saving and managing myself because I want to buy some home appliances. Now I've concluded I need to buy a freezer but to my surprise everything is very costly. Even home theater I bought 3 years ago for #110000 is now #145000 and TV of 45k before is now 70k.
I'm considering getting either of this three product.

Hisense
Thermocool.

Although I've heard thermocool is very good but it's too costly.
A thermocool freezer of 145L is the same price with LG freezer of 190L
I think hisense is more cheaper.
Please which one can I go for?
