I really love to study in Germany (Masters in Civil Engineering) but I heard the language is a barrier for people like me that doesn't learn language so fast
I remember during my service year in the east, spent close to a year and I hardly understand Igbo language. I can't even speak d most simplest word.

My advice, reed yourself of thoughts regarding your urine condition. Have a free mind, read, watch movies etc. Then check your blood pressure over time. If it's always beyond the norm, then you can start the meditation otherwise, the spike was due to the fear you had about the suspected ailment.

Hello everyone. I've went to the hospital and did some examination on my body.
I was a Renal consultant at UCH Ibadan. I've carried out some test (Abdominopelvic scan and Kidney function test) and the results are okay.
I was told I have stage 2 hypertension and also I need to carry out another test
I was prescribed a drug too.

So, I was told to run another test cost 7500
Was also told to buy a particular drug. I'm yet to know the price but someone said it'll cost 12k because it was discovered I have stage 2 hypertension.
I'm still experiencing the low urine output, and I was told that care need to be taken so it won't affect my kidney later on

I was told to run some test which I've done 3 years ago. So they wanted me to redo the test once again
