Please stop doing the bolded, if it is your kidneys and you are drinking that much water a day and you aren't releasing the urine it can kill you. You shouldn't be drinking more than2 liters a day, this includes all liquids combined ( water, cokes, soups, milk, ANY liquids.) It really sound like your kidneys. Check your legs daily for swelling, do you get a rash on your legs, check your weight daily, is there any weight gain? These are all signs of kidney disease or kidney failure.


Let me tell you a story. Years ago my sister would drink so much water and had a problem urinating. She had gained a lot of weight in one week and her legs were swollen with a rash. One nite her legs were itching her really bad and she said that she was going to the hospital in the morning, my brother told her no, I'm taking you right now. He took her to the hospital and the doctor said that if he had waited until the morning she would have died. She has kidney failure. Please go and get yourself checked again and tell them that you want your kidneys checked.

you're right. I've check my kidney twice and it's in a normal state. both blood test and scan. I checked it twice with different standard lab. 1st test around Dec 24th and d 2nd test last week Tuesday

I personally reduced eating food rich in potassium when I heard its not good for kidney disease but with d 2 kidney function test I've done, I think it's normal.. d 1st potassium level is 2.4 and d 2nd test after 3 months is 3.0. but my work is less activity as I'm always in d office. I'll try to exercise more. thanks alot

Hope you have been able to get a good solution. Have you tried locking up your all your apartment doors before you sleep and keeping the keys with you in a hidden place or in your room. When the girls come, he won't be able to let them in. If he has the guts to come and ask you for the keys, tell him you can't find it then but will look for them the next morning. After a few times of excuses, he will get the drift. And leave you in peace.


But your best bet is to tell him plainly. Saves you all the stories. This is something any decent friend should know not to do.
