Ozil continued his dazzling form in his first season at Madrid after his Wordcup performance that brought him to Madrid. Subsequently, his performance tailed off in his 2nd season and he was average in his 3rd season under Mourinho.
Oscar, eventhough not spectacular was quite good when he arrived at Chelsea. His performances in the CL against Juve, Shaktar Donetsk were fantastic, so were majority of his performances until Mourinho happened.

Luiz was a good holding midfieder under Benitez. Infact many pundits wanted him to continue in the role where he looked less of a brain-fart. He has a good vision, long passing skills, good technique on the ball, the agility and good awareness about him. He played the same role under Mourinho.
Oscar was quite quality under Di Matteo, Benitez,and was good in Mourinho's first season until Mourinho eventually ruined him like he did with Hazard, Fabregas, Ozil and Matic in the long run.
