This post explains the steps to generate revenue of up to 3 million naira within two months by scaling a physical product. There are five steps in total: finding a popular product, identifying the market, finding a local supplier, testing and choosing the best ads, and finally selling and scaling the product.

First, you need to find a product that Nigerians want to buy and that costs between 3,000 and 5,000 naira to purchase wholesale, with a retail price between 12,000 and 15,000 naira. Hot products can be found in categories such as health and beauty, convenience, gadgets, and security.

Next, you need to understand your target market and what your product can do for them in order to create effective ad copy and a sales page. It's possible to either identify a market and then find a product, or find a product and then identify its market.

After that, you should find a local supplier in Lagos or Abuja and make a dropshipping agreement with them. You then purchase a domain and hosting for your website, and create an ad to test the market. You should test two ads with a budget of 2,000-5,000 naira each and track their performance. When you find an ad that works, scale it up by increasing the budget by 50%.

You should then sell your product by offering customers additional incentives such as free delivery, digital gifts, discounts, or other products. Start by selling at least 100 units of the product to customers in Lagos and Abuja to generate a revenue of 1.5 million naira with a profit of at least 750,000 naira.

Finally, when you have generated enough revenue, expand your distribution by working with delivery agents who can hold and deliver your product across at least six states. This will help you scale your business and increase your revenue.
