Ugwuanyi’s administration through the State Ministry of Housing, has ultramodern facilities such as dual carriageway roads of 24m, 15m and 12m widths with over 20 river crossings/culverts, electricity, hospital, potable water, recreational centres, schools, security network, estate plots, civil servants estate, international market, churches, organised open spaces, shopping malls, mixed-use development plots and Central Business District (CBD), among others.

*Construction of flyover at Nike lake T-junction has now featured on the budget for a 3rd consecutive time; the flyover remains imaginary.
*Another flyover has been approved for construction,to continuously appear in the budget for the remainder of Ugwuanyi's tenure; while remaining imaginary along with the others.

I hope this overweight animal will be made to answer to Enugu people what he did with their money.

Work has been going on at the ICC although at a slow but steady pace. The project in phases. Hopefully, the project will be completed in 2021 with the completion of the remaining structural work, landscaping and furnishing.

For the Flyover, after the outbreak of the pandemic, there was a revised budget that saw the reallocation of funds for the Flyover to renovation to the construction of health facilities. Some of these facilities such as the Enugu Infectious Disease Hospital Enugu, the Nsukka Isolation Center and 7 Primary Health Care centres are almost complete or already in use.

Yes, Ugwuanyi is performing below expectation but it doesn't mean he is not doing anything. Enugu state does not end in the 3 LGA in Enugu centre and it is unfair to access him based on projects executed in city centre alone.
