Well, thanks guys, i got my money complete. Luckily i used some undocumented classes i got from @dhtml.
The web designers at the other end got stuck on some of those libraries because i did not provide them
with a documentation, so the owners of the site had to require my services to make some minor changes -
and of course, i made sure i got my complete money before doing the update for them.

Ehm, there was this web designer we have been working together. So he brought a job for us to do . . . basically, the owner of the website
have an in-house website designer who designed the interface, all they need is just to add scripts to it which i did.
Now, i have not gotten paid . . . and i accidentally discovered that this "my partner" gave the client access to my codes for review . . . . .

The only thing that comes to my mind now is that, if i am not paid, i may have to attack the website with all the amunition i have got. . .if
i am not paid my correct amount . . . what do you guyz think?

The nav bars are not the thing as @my2cents said. Then the language translation aspect, i actually expected it to reopen the site in the same window and display the selected language. That is quite easy for a one-page site and will be lovely.
How come i do not notice a logo on the top left corner?
I do not really like the way the text stretch out. So the number of lines is dependent on the width of your screen??fair enough, no probs, but i am more used to the kind of layout that @mycents used  in http://www.heavensentfoundation.org/. That kind of layout shows prettyt much the same no matter the size of screen? But again, for a single page site with few contents, it is allowed.
I think you should add underline to the hover effect of the links to start with.

But generally, the site looks ok to me. The review aspect is just to make it better [i think?]

@my2cents, i love the site/page you did for your dad, nice concept with the layouts, colors, and pictures. Though it is a single page site, it shows alot of professionalism, but then, i will not accept less from you with your level of experience.

There are so many other easier-to-use dbase on internet such as mysql!!! which can run with Microsoft IIS as well.
You can also use an apache server setting such as reacor server, or even a precustomized server which i can easily setup from my archives. I am a freestyle software programmer and website designer. i am an expert in qbasic. I even have a compiler that can compile your qbasic programs to standalone executable. But then, qbasic is only meant for classromm programming. It sure helped me alot to learn visual basic before i finally learnt oop like c++,
i think it is better to request for sample codes or how to solve specific problems or how to use keywords than to attempt to learn everything right here in this room.

The concept of the site is ok. but as a site meant to gather information, i would expect a great deal of speed and efficiency.
I think it is best to reduce flash and use jscript (but do not overdo it).
