For this kind of oil consumption, if Engine is not smoking, it is most certainly leaking. Might even be from the bottom pan. (Mine is leaking from two places I have seen now, bottom pan and the top gasket. Probably more places I don't know about yet. I intend to bring down the engine and look it all over.

That you reported your issue outside the warranty period. The warranty came in two parts.
1. Time: 3months(longer than you will get I ladipo. This is more than enough time to notice any fault, seek redress and or refund.)
2. Mileage: 3000km.

When the time warranty expired, the mileage went with it.

If you had covered 5000km in one week, the time warranty would have expired too.

The warranty was based on whichever part of it is used up first.

Now, from the screenshot attached by accused, you contacted him 6 days after your warranty expired.

Why are you trying to shift the goalpost to his knowledge of your mileage?

Guy refund the man his engine. A good Tokunbo engine as you started cannot start having oil burns just under 3000km. And he said it's been having this issue way before the 3000Km and he's being complaining but you asked him to try several things.

Trust me no matter his good or talented you have bad publicity is not the best way to toil. 1. the 2016 Nissan Murano comes with the same type of engine in the 2004 model?
2. if the engine sitting system is similar?
3. If the 2mz engine can be fitted into the 2016 model Murano the way this was fitted into the 2004?

I will just like to say something here, AreahCode you just have to let this go tho i understand your view because you like the first blue FJ and you're annoy that the deal didn't come to you, bro have been in a situation that i have to travel up to 8hrs just because of Corolla 2009 but getting to the locatio and i was told that another person just paid for the same car, i was annoyed came back to NL auto to speak out, but eventually i let it go.

And the funniest part was me and the person that didn't hold the car for me are now in a good talk so if you're unable to purchase the first one then nothing stop you for going for the second one and work towards the seller plan or you let it go.
