I’m having most items on AliExpress saying ‘This item is not available, because the seller doesn’t provide delivery to the shipping address’. Even items I bought early this year.

Anyone experiencing this also?

It's a trick to avoid paying huge custom fee. It isn't always 100% effective though.

I eventually got a call from Nipost today to come for my phone.
Took exactly 33 days in transit to get here (Abuja)
Paid #500... Sellar declared it $22.. lol

Tracking is still saying received by delivery company since 5th of June.

So guys that are still waiting, try and be patient.

You will get your packages too.

You are not alone. Today makes mine 31 days in transit and I'm still waiting. With Nipost, you need a lot of patience.

I just picked up the Nipost today and I can say it was very fast if we go by what people have been saying here. I was called tocome pick up and it's the Nipost office inside my estate. So I was even happy to give the woman the 2k she requested for (2pcs of phone) because they came separately.

That's nice...still expecting mine.. when exactly was the phone shipped? Is your location Lagos?

Hello guys, please I have this issue that I need your input on. I ordered a phone on AliExpress on 11th of April and till now the only thing on the tracking website is “departed from transit country”.


Is the lack of updates on the tracking website a normal thing? How long do I need to wait before opening a dispute? The tracking number starts with RB and ends with SG.

Lol, we are in the same shoes. I ordered a phone too and it has been stuck on the same departed from transit country. Just have to wait.

I don't think you need to ship this exact phone considering the fact it's available in Nigeria for around 177k. Mind you, you'll be paying more than that 161k on aliexpress because that's not the rate you'll be charged at point of payment.
If you want this phone, just buy it here in any Naija store.

These are goods mainly sold outside mainland China, so they have to go through a transit country and are mostly routed through Nipost hence the more than usual delay.

You're spot on.. Mine's outside Mainland and through Nipost... I have accepted it will take over a month to get here.

I just don't know why recent orders have to go from departure country to transit country. Same thing I'm facing.
Normally, it's from departure country to destination country.

I don't think you can order both phones while paying shipping for just one of them. Especially for orders like phones... I can just advise you chat the seller, to probably give you a discount or coupon... Ordered a poco phone myself.

Delivery duration depends on a lot of factors, among which is the level nipost service in your location, time or duration of shipping by the seller and luck

Please when exactly did you ordered the phone? And were you charged by custom for it?

Mine has arrived Nigeria since 5th April, has been with customs clearance since then, we can only pray & hope it gets cleared & sent to us soonest
