APC Chieftains evading Court Service of Notice in a country which APC wants to rule. APC is purely opposite of what it preaches. Impunity would have been let lose in Nigeria if by any miracle APC' Buhari occupies Aso Rock.

Today, Somalis are most focused on Nigeria's forthcoming presidential elections than any other outsiders.That's a pointer to the fact that religious radicals from far and near are out to grab Nigeria. Fashola is seen as a true progressive. Nigeria's forthcoming presidential elections is like a battle between progressive elements against agents of backwardness. Somali people are more enthusiastic about possible Buhari victory, enthusiastic even more than Nigerian followers of Buhari.

You tell me, because to the best of my knowledge, the massive looting the Jonathan is presiding over is making it difficult to calculate the true value of our earnings. We can only consider what made it to the account books before those were stolen too.

Because it was stolen and was not accounted for. For your info, the budget is not to value of what we make. In fact budgets are projected.
.

Today's financial world is not like during the Abacha-Buhari regime. Today, if government officials in Nigeria stash any huge amounts of stolen money as Sanusi and Soludo
insinuate, alarm bells should have been ringing in global financial institutions. Do you know what $20 billion and 30 trillion Naira are? Sanusi and Soludo did hatchet jobs for APC.

Soludo was venting his anger over his loss of political relevance. Only an APC follower can take Soludo serious. After his loss of Anambra gubernatorial elections, Soludo entered into war with late Dora Akunyili until Akunyili died. Soludo now choose another notable person, Okonjo Iwealla to fight. Soludo is looking for relevance in case APC wins next presidential elections.

If you fraudulently enrolled in a university without the necessary O-Level WASC, and graduate, do higher degree courses, then get a job;

Any other further certificates you acquired elsewhere based on the assumption that you had O-Level WASC before enrolling for the course - all become null and void.

anytime it is discovered that you had no O-Level WASC before you proceeded to do those military courses, whatever professional certificates you obtained from those military training courses become null, void, and of no effect - be it in law or in any profession. [/b]

In saner climes people and parties go to the polls to test their popularity and seek a fresh mandate. In this case the fear of polls seems to be the beginning of wisdom. I guess Jonathan is beginning to realise how unpopular he is, the question is if he would be comfortable using the backdoor to disenfranchise voters from making their choice, and be comfortable with continuing with that sort of "mandate". This people need to be very careful, they are playing a dangerous game here.

He keeps on saying things he would do when voted back into power, forgetting that he is in power RIGHT NOW, and is failing at the task.
You live in insane clime - where anything goes, no laws, no guidelines, impunity unlimited.

GUIDELINES FOR ELECTION INTO
OFFICE OF PRESIDENT
AND THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

FOR the purposes of electing the President and members of the National Assembly of the
Federation, the Independent National Electoral Commission of Nigeria (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission"wink in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 4 of Decree No. 17 of 1998 as amended hereby makes the following guidelines.

Presidential and National Assembly Elections

1. There shall be presidential and National Assembly election at which:

(a) a president shall be elected for the Federal Republic of Nigeria;

(b) one Senator shall be elected from each of the three senatorial districts allotted to each of the 36 states of the Federation and from the one Senatorial District allotted to the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja; and

(c) one member of the House of Representatives shall be elected from each of the 360 Federal Constituencies in the Federation.

Qualification for Election

2. A person shall be qualified for election to the office of President or the National Assembly if:-

(a) he is a citizen of Nigeria;

(b) in the case of President, he has attained the age of 40 years;

(c) in the case of Senator, he has attained the age of 35 years;

(d) in the case of Member of House of Representatives, he has attained the age of 30 years;

(e) he has been educated up to at least the School Certificate level or its equivalent; and

(f) he is a Member of a Political Party and is being sponsored by that party.
The only way to know that one was educated to at least the School Certificate level is by one showing one's Secondary School Leaving Certificate - or certified copy, if the original secondary school certificate got lost.

The known equivalents of Secondary School Certificate are GCE, old City and Guilds, etc.

Professional Certificates like the ones obtained after military training courses in Nigeria Defense Academy, US War College, Sandhurst Military school, etc., are not equivalent to Secondary School Certificate.

Of course, if one did not first obtain Secondary School Leaving Certificate, but somehow proceeded to the military training institutions, and obtains the professional certificates, the professional certificates obtained from the military courses remain irrelevant in law.

Who can Buhari convince that evidence that Buhari attended secondary school is by Buhari showing his Cambridge/WASC exam number or naming his ex classmates?.

By the way, up till now, who does not know that Buhari did not take Cambridge/WASC exam before he joined the army?

If Buhari sat for Cambridge/WASC exams, and now has lost the original copy of his certificate, even if the certificate awarding body is now in Mars, Buhari would have gone to that Mars now to obtain a certified copy of his original certificate.

As Boko Haram fights from the north for making Nigerians feel insecure and reject Jonathan as president of Nigeria and vote for Buhari; as Boko Haram fights from the north for a country in Nigeria administered with Islamic sharia criminal codes, from the same north, the Sultan is piling up pressure upon southern Christians to keep quiet. Buhari once called for use of same shari in all over Nigeria. This Sultan and his followers, perhaps believe they are more intelligent than the gods.

Must Nigerians allow Muhammadu Buhari reap the profits?

Two reasons Boko Haram battles Nigeria:
1, To have a country governed with sharia criminal laws like stoning women to death for adultery, cutting off fingers of petty thieves, etc.

2 To make Nigerians reject the govt of president Jonathan.

Muhammadu Buhari in 2001 in Kaduna charged Muslims to ensure that those sharia criminal laws be implemented all over Nigeria.

May the souls of the dead soldiers rest in peace.

Why Afenifere adopted Jonathan for second term? It includes:

1, Because Jonathan told Nigerians in his last Lagos campaign that what our fathers, mothers brothers and sisters agreed upon in the last national conference shall be implemented by the next National Assembly - the present National Assembly as been hostile to the National Conference.

2, By all indications, Buhari cannot qualify to contest the next election.

3, Jonathan's good works are all over Nigeria for anybody to see - and despite the war declared against Nigerians and their govt led by Jonathan.

Weak Presidency? If Nigeria Police is not willing to investigate Buhari certificates palavar, it is then the duty of the Presidency to ask the Police force to investigate Buhari certificates circumstances, and if any fraud was found, then charge Buhari to court to come and defend himself. If the Police is found not willing to investigate Buhari certificate issue with Nigeria Army, it is the duty of the Presidency to ask the Police to ascertain if Buhari joined the officers cadet of the Nigeria Army without requisite certificates. It is a weak Presidency that shall continue to make noise of asking a man accused of criminal offenses to come forward to clear himself without the Police first indicting the accused of criminal offenses.

Yet people will come here and call General Buhari an illiterate.
